Happy New Year..!

Sibel Edmonds has finally been able to tell her story, not here in the US where no politician in Washington would even listen to her and where no branch of the media would touch her story. It appears in The London Times, no tabloid, and here is the link:

http://www.timesonline.couk/t...137965.

I hope this is the chink in the dam that causes it to break because it is treason pure and simple just like in the case of Robert Hanson. If you can't make the link, there is a post on Raw Story and also a direct link in the first comment on C & L's post about McGovern calling for impeachment.

Fortunately, blog-keep is a gentle soul, a benevolent-dictator, but a dictator non-the-kess.

Just my paranoid musings:
We have the greatest society the world has ever seen. And if we don't behave, we can lose our freedom. We will never know, who has been CENSORED by the blog-keep.

I wonder who can't come into this NOW-gated community. What rants we will never hear.

I like to think that Fitz took down all that crazy stuff and replaced the first post with the news from Sibel Edmonds to draw our attention to it. I am still shuddering with the anger and fear from her story, or shall I say information. And, no one is talking about it. I am too weak and don't have the funds- can't quite pose as a muslim radical right now to do it. THEY WANT HIM ALIVE YUMA. Please don't forget about "dad".
Otherwise someone have Dog the bounty hunter call- when the phone is back on.
Oh, FYI Fitzgerald, I got your damn Bin Laden, but I don't believe you will ever thank me for that either when you get to prosecute him.
The actual capture is up to the millitary now.
Do you know the big secret Patrick? Do you know why I'm being denied any reward for what I've done? My good intentions gone wrong?
Here's a clue to the complexity of it- look up STARGATE. Millitary program on remote viewing. Look up CIA remote viewing program and why it was tossed. 20 million out the door of taxpayer money, until they found little old "schizophrenic" me that needs Dr. Phil's help according to some. No, I didn't get anything for x-mas-not even a tree. If this post doesn't make sense, go look at the Conrad Black posts, oh I'm sorry they are gone.
Mr. President, if he wasn't found and hung, along with the troop surge,(supply line=HURST) the middle east allies that we have would have been a radiological wasteland. I would suggest for your own benefit that you keep your visits over there as covert as possible.

Patrick knows about the things that have been happenning, married or not is his deal, I try to tell him how awful it's been and out of love for my country and fear of the broken chain of command (the op performed) if it isn't his blog- he does watch it. I hinted to Mccain that I wanted Patrick there alongside him, because just like with any President, you think you can trust your own, then they manipulate and backstab you. Time for me to pick up and start another blog. Love to the Bush family and supporters, be safe, and if there is an agent to come- or another fear tactict to get me off the blog, either way, I'll show you where to find what you want.

Make no mistake.

By its apparent abdication of its duty under the Constitution and refusal to hear our landmark Right to Petition lawsuit, the U.S. Supreme Court has ushered into existence a dangerous state of affairs that can not, and must not, be tolerated by Free People.

By its denial of Certiorari in this most important case, the Court has sent a silent, but unambiguous decree to the People that cannot be left unchallenged: that the People have lost their Fundamental Right to peacefully hold the Government of their creation accountable to the Constitution and the rule of law.

Please begin to spread word of this Constitutional travesty across the land.

Our Constitution is, indeed, hanging by a thread. We pray the Supreme Court will reconsider this grievous decision that denies to the People a declaration of the full contours of the meaning of the last ten words of the First Amendment.

That being said, I have noticed a move away from invididual civil rights towards a system that sees us as merely replacement parts in a machine.

not saying this to be mean, i would like a study. animals have closed communication systems, meaning no matter how smart your cat is you will never teach it a few simple words it isn't capable of that. i think neocon republicans are the same. they fail to understand that war is not like on television. they don't understand violence won't gain them what they thought it would and in fact just enrages the populace being attacked.

There were 473 days of archival e-mails missing from the White House including Dick Cheney's. From September 12, 2003 to May 23, 2005, and you only considered it "sand being kicked in the umpire's eyes"? To anyone else, or let's say to anyone not on the Bush team all along, this would have spelled destruction of evidence. Shouldn't you have raised a red flag when you discovered this?

Supposedly, Patrick Fitzgerald Has A Blog...

...but, amongst major media organizations, only the BBC used to believe that "From The Desk of Patrick Fitzgerald" was/is written by him. [See the corrective note at the bottom of the BBC story for a retraction of the quotes that "From the Desk..." has, from the original version of the story in the March 15th entry.]

Incidentally: a quite ID-verified blogger for the Washington Post, Andrew Cohen, is advocating for replacing Alberto Gonzalez with Csr. Fitzgerald as U.S. Attorney-General. On the other side is a thumbs-down from Tom Roeser, who nevertheless rates Csr. Fitzgerald as an excellent prosecutor.

Profile: US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald - "Eliot Ness with a Harvard degree"
US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald is no stranger to high profile corruption cases.
He is a 46-year-old, no-nonsense Brookylinite with a rising reputation as a legal star.

The Conrad Black trial, in which he will be supervising a team of four assistant attorneys, is his second major case this month.

It follows his successful prosecution in early March of former key White House official, Lewis "Scooter" Libby, who was found guilty of lying to the FBI and a grand jury over revelations about the identity of CIA agent Valerie Plame.

"We cannot tolerate perjury. The truth is what drives our judicial system," Mr Fitzgerald said after the conviction.

"If someone knowingly tells a lie under oath during any investigation, it is every prosecutor's duty to respond by investigating and proving that if you can."

Track record

Born into a working-class Irish American-Catholic family, Mr Fitzgerald once held jobs as a school janitor and doorman.

Fitzgerald has indicted Bin Laden
He received degrees in economics and mathematics from Amherst College before attending Harvard Law School, where he graduated in 1985.

As Assistant Attorney in New York City in 1988, he handled drug-trafficking cases and in 1993 assisted in the prosecution of Mafia figure John Gotti, the boss of the Gambino crime family.

Mr Fitzgerald was also the prosecutor in the case against Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman and 11 others charged in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

While in New York, he was responsible for drafting an indictment against al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden before the attacks of 11 September 2001.

He told the Washington Post that if the latter ever stood trial, he would like the job of prosecuting him.

"If you're a prosecutor, you'd be insane if you didn't want to go do that," he said. "I'd be lying if I told you I wouldn't be interested."

In 2001, Mr Fitzgerald moved to Chicago where he became US Attorney for Northern Illinois and started an investigation of the political appointees of the Republican Governor George Ryan, who was later found guilty of corruption and jailed for six and a half years.

He very much believes in what he is doing

New York lawyer Joshua Dratel
He also indicted a number of top aides to Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, a Democrat, on charges of fraud, alleging numerous instances of illegality in hiring practices.

Mr Fitzgerald's reputation in the fight against public corruption has attracted growing plaudits, as well as public scrutiny.

One friend reportedly described him as "Eliot Ness with a Harvard decree", a reference to the tough crime fighter in The Untouchables TV series.

"He comes off as sincere because he is," New York lawyer Joshua Dratel said. "He very much believes in what he is doing."

Another lawyer, David Baugh, described Mr Fitzgerald as a "bit of a moralist, an up by-his bootstraps Catholic boy with a strong sense of right and wrong".

But Mary Jo White, the former US attorney who was his boss in New York, said the prosecutor's strength lies in how he "exercises his power with a real recognition of how awesome it is".

No one is flirting with the fake Fitz or the real one, I don't need an ass kicking.

2:23 AM

I apologize. Certainly wasn't trying to set anyone up for a butt kicking. I was flirting. I ADMIT IT ! I even bought him a tie. Didn't mail it.

Loved the Sibel , every knows with photos. If you made one for me, it would take days to play. Oh yeah, everyone knows. There isn't anyone who doens't know. Not anyone outside of congress, the executive branch, the Judiciary, the exclusive private corporate set , the DOE, the Dept of Education, all manner of colleges. Too much typing , all of the cabinet. Half the state goverments, lots of churches, lots of military and VA people and local governments.More retired and outed government people , All the president's men and all the former presidents and their secret service people. If it wasn't for President Ford, I'd probably be dead.

Call someone? How ? My phone calls are intercepted, my fax, my email, my car is GPS'd and bugged , my home and home office bugged, my US mail intercepted, not to mention all this electronic mess lasering , microwaving , artificial intelligence. Oh yeah, don't forget about the masons and knights, etc........

How long ? Years.

The first three letters of my mother's maiden name ended up on my corporate license plate.

Who can hear me in the car ? Apparently lots of people. Those people at CNET unless someone was duplicating their pages. I always say don't believe anything you read on the Internet.

Back to this stuff on plates. If you own your own company and your blood is extremely blue, head on down to your state tag office and make sure to get a tag you can be proud of !

And as a lifelong Democrat, I guess some of them thought they would protect me from the republicans and low and behold, I heard Ron Paul on May 15, 2008 and changed my party affiliation. Last time I heard , I was free to do this.....

I've never had anything more than a speeding ticket in my life.

If John Edwards , decides not to run for President , maybe I'll hire him as my lawyer. A third of what I'm owed , he can buy the Grand Canyon. Edwards and Edwards vs everyone. I wonder how he will like being a Republican?

And to all the tall ones , glad you liked my lingerie photos. Or is this about something else ?

I'm all ears.

Some dear what ? more dear Hannibal Lectors........... I have enough thank you !

Speaking of everyone knows or as I say who doesn't know , we got some hollywood types ( actors, producers and directors, etc..) and as I always say ' this ain't hollywood and I'm not a movie star'

As Sibel has a page of ' persons' , I'd need an entire book , something like a ' highschool' year book format for all my persons

And as some of them are aware , it is EVIDENT we have 3 branchs of the Federal government and as few of know a fourth branch of ' business friendly partners'

Who doesn't know? There's got to be someone .....

oh yeah , I forgot to mention all sorts of civic organizations , like Rotary,
Lions, etc.....

everyone knows like I say all branchs , courts , oh yeah, Supreme on down

Here's a good one ,association of mayors

and how about the board of governors ? yeppers

local national guard , hello too

Speaking of .....Jeb Bush , who also thinks he the director of the CIA and i'm getting the hint his kids are playing secret service via the young republicans club

Good grief.

And yes, i'm still alive ,thank you and lifeguard to lifeguard , somewhere i got a picture of us together over at Gandy

I watched the services in Canada and I miss him too. I'm looking to sign on to guard Dr. Paul or I meant President Paul. Don't know if he's a swimmer or not but I can do other things !

This stuff over the other ' bay' .
You check on the new owners and their connections? Our used to be independent newspaper I understand is now owned by a large bank and I think the same one associated there
, actually over in DAllas . I looked thru some of the corporate filings but didn't get as far if a specific Federal Reserve member was an investor and as far as the sellers representatives , the IRS changed their forms , but I haven't read anything and I quit taking the local paper, not quit, just didn't renew

cow pie ? no cow pies here , just road apples ( that's horse poop) and Fitz being a city boy likely wouldn't care for those either ,
wink ! I need a county boy prosecutor. Nothing against city people but those apples stick in the treads of your ' sneakers'

see ya later, I'll be carrying on to make and ending with the Hannibal circuit or maybe i'll just stop by the liquor store for some Booz and see who's playing ball on TV

over and out

Before I forget, last Spring I did go to Plains President Carter has good people looking out after him.

I ate at the cafe several times and the pie is the best and good prices. In case you think I have forgotten , I did see the SUV L plate and this is on my mind.

I went to the School house and read a passage in a book open on the teachers desk. There was a beautiful green pen there , thank you , but I didn't need it and prefer a pencil for general notes.

I went to the brick public housing. Very nice, built to last.

Yes, everyone behaves in Plains but is not the case in surrounding area. I picked a flyer for a land auction of acerage parcels. And did go, it was so dry, I pulled some bark off the trees and the beetles had not yet come but there were vermin of other sorts. None of the land sold. The survey acreage dimensions passed out under the tent did not did not match the original advertising.

I went by the court house and looked up the records and the stamps prices with the assistance of the clerk.

I tired to call the seller ( aka auctineeer) a couple of times to tell him, your lawyer LLC owes you 17,000.oo but I never was able to speak with him. I think is a he's got him and he's got him , we hope no one finds out.........

Lots of fighting and carrying on back in the woods over land and building disputes.

I looked at the old rail passage and crossings. If the train ever starts running down thru there again , they will know the boundaries. I wouldn't advise anyone to build their house on an 'abandoned' track.

Albany ? A farmer near Parrot told me , I could take Oprah and Dr. Phil and everyone else down to Albany and it would never be straigtened out. I don't agree.

I will tell you, at the court house , there was a free buffet lunch ,some of the best food I've ever tasted.

Whoever prepared it was competant and diligent.

Albany has a large black population. This is not the problem with the 'pass thru' deals with associate 'partners' from Atlanta.

I'm sure there are as many honest people as dishonest who can run a city.

How did Fitzgerald -- who never met a death penalty case he couldn't prosecute -- ever win the Bernardin Award?

From Wiki: Cardinal Bernadin worked diligently for social justice in a changing world. Beginning in 1983, he called for a "consistent ethic of life" in an age when modern technologies threatened the sanctity of all human life at every turn, be it abortion, euthanasia, modern warfare, or capital punishment.

Bush pushes US-Turkey nuclear cooperation
AFP
Published: Wednesday January 23, 2008

Propel This! - Submit to Propeller.com

President George W. Bush has green-lighted a civilian nuclear cooperation deal with Turkey, saying that private-sector proliferation worries have been addressed, the White House said Wednesday.

Bush on Tuesday sent the US Congress a July 2000 agreement, signed by then-US president Bill Clinton, that would clear the way for transfers of nuclear know-how to Turkey's planned civilian atomic sector, it said.

The deal stalled shortly after being signed in July 2000 because US agencies received "information implicating Turkish private entities in certain activities directly relating to nuclear proliferation," the White House said.

"The pertinent issues have been sufficiently resolved," it said

Jan, as the Germans say, "Dass stimmt". It fits, doesn't it? I wonder if The Clintons' WH records being destroyed are part of the parcel. Are there any other good blogs you read that do good investigative reporting? I mean besides RAW and the BradBlog. I'm going to weed out some of mine which are turning into paid shills for a certain candidate and would like to replace them with good alternative to MSM journalism.

Fishing, fishing and fishing they go. Perhaps they need a law suit slapped upon their gooses.
They give a whole new meaning to flirty fishing, I wonder if they aren't all the same people.

Book 'em, Dan o.

No shit, I did fall this morning. Life a bitch trying to do the splits with old rubber band muscles. Their will be hell to pay for a few days.

Was it 1816 or 1814 we took a little trip? I like that song, Grandpa again. Poor man thought he'd cure my aunt of her left handness. I don't think it took.

Took bad T. didn't care to play baseball. Gotta love the southpaws. Get your minds out of the gutters, you don't know crap.

With Fitzgerald having such a busy and complicated life, perhaps he wanted to marry someone who had a less hectic career. Having a wife without a strict career path also makes it much easier to move should he ever get the AG job in Washington or want to return to New York.

I suspect that having a family will be a top priority for them, and we should all wish them well. Standing up to the scrutiny on the Libby case from all sides was probably pretty tough. Fitzgerald is entitled to a life and the pursuit of happiness.

No doubt Fitzgerald wanted someone simple.

Is this the Ambrose case: 1:05-cr-00701 SUPPRESSED v. Suppressed 09:00 Change of Plea Hearing

And, if you can't stand the heat...

If Fitz wanted someone simple, why did they concoct that whole Investment Banker turned Head Start Teacher who runs Marathons meme? That description, false though it is, denotes someone with a very active life. Letzkus is a midwestern divorcee with a simple college degree who runs in mostly local races. She never moved up the ladder at a major investment firm. She's not developing great child development theories. And she's not travelling the world running competitive races for good causes.

She WILL, however, be running up the AON stairs on Sunday just after George Ss show signs off.

...although, I should add, if you really want to help kids in the hospital, go spend an hour reading to them. Don't run up a high-rise.

Anon. at 4:05, can you explain anymore about Suppressed v. Suppressed? Sounds similar to the famous Sealed v. Sealed. I am not interested in Fitzgerald's private life, but the Ambrose "case" should be public domain. Keep up the good sniffing.

5:41, I don't know what "Suppressed" means in this case. I pulled it off of Judge Grady's calendar. His staff says nothing is scheduled for Ambrose, which may just be a technicality.

And, you're right, it should be public info.

I wasn't interested in his personal life either-simply his work. But thought I liked him when we thought this was his blog.

Who knows who he really is anyway-except his close friends-and fiancee?

He's not the blogkeep...unfortunately,sigh...regardless, keep up the good work on Suppressed v Suppressed anon. I'm very interested!

Anon@6:41,

I don't know why you put that 1937 paper up but I liked this:

Popular Soldier
George B. McClellan, who at the
outbreak of the Civil war was com-
missioned a major general by the
governor of Ohio, was a popular
man among his soldiers despite the
fact that Lincoln, after some fric-
tion between the two, relieved him
of command of the army of the
Potomac. In the same year that
his command was taken, 1864, he
was nominated for president on a
platform that denounced war as a
failure. Thus the same army of
whose command he had been re-
lieved was called upon to decide
between Lincoln and McClellan. The
vote: Lincoln, 250; McClellan, 226.

I suspect that the spin on the Investment Banker to Head Start Teacher was done because it was the Washington Post calling, and someone (?) wanted to make Jenni look good. Who knows, maybe she and Fitzgerald were embarrassed by the characterization.

Secondly, if the Ambrose case was either a civil or criminal matter, then there is a case file on it. Unless there is an order from the judge sealing it, what is in those files is public. So someone needs to go down to the courthouse to the Clerk of Court's Office and ask to see the file. It can always be "out" as in the Judge's chamber, etc., but then an inquiry could be made if the docket of that case is kept on computer and if so, request to see the docket of pleadings.

Federal courts handle a number of cases, many of which could be confidential, so don't jump to conclusions that because there is a suspicious case heading, that it concerns the Ambrose case.
