Live Blogging...
9:30 - Just finished closed court session with Judge Walton (nice tie...again) and Ted Wells. I helped Reggie brush up on case law about the scope of appropriate voir dire questions.
10:34 - I just spilled my coffee...Randall, can you please bring me some napkins!?
10:40 - I am hungry for lunch, I hope no one hears my stomach growling.
10:45 - Firedoglake is live blogging too - a small world. Hi Jane, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
12:30 - Pastrami on rye!

j/k - Fitz is not live blogging and he would not care if he spilled coffee on his dark olive suit, let alone notice. :)
Here. I heated these in the microwave for 7 seconds, enjoy! ;D
LOL Rosemary!!! Have I told you lately, how great you are?
We really appreciate all that you do for us bloggers and Fitzie!
Dang Jan...there you go making me hungry again with virtual KKs...I think you should keep that avatar for the trial. LOL
Note: Jane Hamsher you are in my prayers too! Thank you so much for FDL.
Funny post. Hi, Rosemary, jan, Q. How are you all this morning?
Been following the trial over at FDL. I really like being able to know what is going on. Cool.
I know CJ, the time are a changing ;)
Morning Q and Rosemary. Please, help yourself to a warm KK.
I've been hold up from the ice storm for the past 2 days- think I'm going to venture out today, buuuurrr!

Trial of the century .
The truth will set this country free.
Someone always talks.
Crime and punishment.
The fall of the 'roman empire ' and changing the course of history.
O.K. you can have donut to stop your stomach from growling...
O.K. have a donut to stop your hunger pain. At least Walton doesn't need to call a 15 minute recess to stop your stomch from growling....
Here SPB, I heated some more so you could have some ;D
Thanks Jan!
:D
I was on FDL live blogging. It looks like things are going very quickly in the jury pool. But, I saw this comment on FDL blog and cracked up:
Blogger Black Panther Party says:
Stop prosecuting the white black man known as Scooter! He is one of us, man!
LOL! I had to laugh at that...
But, I did find out what Fitz is wearing: Fitz’s suit looks like a dark olive color. The earth toned hippie!
Nice try but the little angel is busy and has his friends doing the posting. I checked in on firedoglake's blog site. Don't worry the little angel is doing great as usual.

Prairie Sunshine says:
"Anybody else speculating that the USAtty firings are a ham-handed note to PatFitz? Just the kind of Sun Tzu tactic Rover would come up with…kill the rooster to scare the monkey?"
I hadn't even thought of this, in regard to the firings.....
Interesting thought.
...Although I would tend to think that the firings are intended to serve a "real" purpose for the cabal. (That reason being as important -- or more important -- than a warning to Fitz.)

"Here’s my take on the obstruction charge.
Since it seems like Fitz will be able to include some of Libby’s attempts to coach Judy (thus the mentions of Bennett, Abrams, and Tate), it means he will also likely argue that Libby didn’t care who testified so long as Judy didn’t."
Oh dear, I Wish I understood this, but I Don't.
Can anybody explain this to me?
Maybe I need to take Gingko.
(to increase blood flow to the brain)

Stephanie,
Of course... Libby and Judy have a business and personal relationship. They both are protecting one anothers. And that Aspen letter exchanges by Libby and Miller tells you how deep thier relationship is. And it is not reporter and source relationship...

"12:30 - Pastrami on rye!"
Yuk...Make sure you take a breathmint after that sandwich, Fitz!

..... I suspect Fitz is plotting a way to turn all of Judy’s unreliability back onto Scooter, by highlighting her attempts not to testify.
Remember, we only know what her testimony is. Not what she said pre- and post-perjury trap. So he may well have an example of how she testified at first, and then under duress.

98 Joe Wilson says:
"I have great faith in a system of governance that is based on the rule of law, and as much confidence in the person of Pat Fitzgerald as I have in anybody outside my wife. The fact that the administration is now attempting to politicize the US attorney offices is to me a clear indication that they have come to fear the rule of law. More than anything the administration has done over the past six years, this act of firing US Attornies and replacing them without Senate confirmation is a subversion of everything we hold dear as Americans, not as Republicans or Democrats, as Americans. Our very republic is under attack."
A Great quote by Ambassador Joe Wilson, made today on the firedoglake blog.
Please FORWARD this quote, people.
