I believe we need to un-seat the President and declare he is not of the mind to run the country anymore.
He statements about things he has 'not said', his lack of recollection of data/facts, his distortion of the truth, clearly indicates he should be in a psych ward, not the Oval, although, seemingly, they are dangerously close.
For that matter, it runs practically through the entire presidential line of succession.
You and your team know this best: facts are facts. they may be 'interpreted' differently, but the events that shape them and contribute to their very existence cannot.
Indict Impeach and get the Clown in the Looney bin where he belongs.
He is truly making a mockery of very fabric of our justice system and the American way of life-
Glad your back I've missed you and I'm keeping busy. So much is happening in the legal area. I think I'm going to write my own book of my thoughts. Things seem to be looking up for you. I hope your taking care of yourself. I read about the Judge in your case very interesting stuff. I was so proud of the kids that march in LA they were peacefull and respectful. One asked me did I know of an American who's family wasn't an immigrant (smart kids) I said yes. Only the native Amerian Indian. I know when SPB get on this blog it will get busy so don't worry we're all with you. I like coming on your blog all the comments and bloggers are like friends. Let us know the up dated info as you can.
Ok Fitz what's going on with Rawstory saying Rove cooperation seen advancing CIA leak probe? Tell us what you can when you can. Oh I forgot tell you staff I said hi and their doing a great job.
sure to stir things up, completely off-topic from the business at hand:
-> if we as a society truly value marriage, the husband and wife are "one". while I sympathize with the parents and truly understand no parent wants to out-live their children, how, do they truly know what Terri wanted versus what she and her husband agreed to?
Sorry, I side w/the husband on this one as difficult of a situation for everyone.
Who here wants to live as a vegetable, as a potential burden on their family with little to no hope for a recovery to have a meaningful, contributing existence to society?
I agree Ms. Lane I saw the show and it was heart breaking but I respect the husband so much.
Now to the next headliner: Bush/Blair planned Iraq invasion two months before the UN inspectors had done their jobs. I would say IMPEACHMENT is the right course. I fear what Grandmanuk will say when she reads the news about this. 6 miles comments warms my hearts she has such a way with words but she hits the bull mark everytime. Oh to be young again.
Jackie: Having the UN Inspectors in Iraq for that period of time was just a "show" for Bush & Co. I think they already knew what they were going to do and they knew when they would do it. Yes, IMPEACH for war crimes.
1. I got to hit with this! Latest from the CIA Leak case:
Rove said cooperating in CIA leak inquiry Larisa Alexandrovna
Karl Rove, Deputy White House Chief of Staff and special adviser to President George W. Bush, has recently been providing information to special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald in the ongoing CIA leak investigation, sources close to the investigation say.
I am wondering what Rove told Fitzgerald? Fitz, don't cut a deal with Rove unless he can help you you bring down Cheney and all of the major players in the case!
2. Brace yourself!
NY Times obtains secret memo of Bush, Blair meeting before Iraq war
The New York Times reports that a secret memo from January 2003 reveals that President Bush and Prime Minister Blair agreed to invade Iraq even without U.N. backing, RAW STORY has learned.
http://www.rawstory.com/news/2006/NY_Times_to_report_on_secret_0326.html The truth is coming out!
Hey, e...ya think? Fitz said soon we would know all the facts, but soon to a prosecutor is forever for the rest of us! Being patient is not easy. I agree with 6 miles on the deflect, deflect but cooperating now doesn't cancel out earlier lying or evading does it? Sure hope not! Do you think the Bush/Blair memo will really be seen by the masses? Bet Faux News won't be running any stories about it! Too many idiots watch that garbage and have no idea what is really going on...how can our country have gotten so stupid! Oh, Yeah, Faux News...the "We'd rather make up our own news, thanks", station!
Rupert Murdock owns clear channel, FAUX news and other extreme right wing organs. If he wasn't deeply involved in the neocon coup, I'd be real surprised. Elements within the American Enterprise Institute and, of course, all PNAC signatories need a thorough going over with a de-louser.
Portly, pasty Karl should not get off without paying a price for his dirty deeds also.....and no offense, but A.G. Albert Gonzales is one snooty little liar that should at least, get obstruction of justice.
Mr Fitzgerald, many pray for your strength and courage to help us take back our country. Living in a state such as Kansas, as I do, one cannot depend on our elected officials anymore.

SPB:
I have felt all along it was Cheney...gut feeling I guess.
Fitz, Fitz, Fitz.
What can I say.
Cooperating? HAH. My father would say, "in a horses patootie he is"..
this is the strategy du jour:
deflect
deflect
deflect
lookie over there whilst you're not paying attention over 'here'.
Ya, cooperating. When the earth is dust and the moon is truly made of green cheese.
What a maneuver. Please Fitz and team, do not fall for this master-craftsman's slight of hand and mouth.
Put him on the spit w/the apple and let'em roast
in hell.
Please tell the devil in advance, St Peter.
oh, one more thing on little Red Rove 'r'.
He's had to much time to craft a web of deceit and ensnarl your team.
Remember, he's been sitting there plotting, plotting, wheeling and dealing.
AND HEY -- WHY DOES THAT INDIVIDUAL STILL HAVE HIS DERN CLEARANCE?
THEY"D COURT MARTIAL A PRIVATE IN IRAQ IN LESS THAN 10 SECs for ABANDONING THE FRONT LINE
WHAT A GAME THIS IS IN THE ADMINISTRATION WHILE THESE GUYS AND GALS RISK THEIR VERY LIVES FOR THESE LOWER THAN A PREGNANT ANT WEASELS!!!
Rove needs his clearance to get all the stuff out of the computer...some one in WH does want them caught maybe VP overstepped his bounds
Good morning, Fitz:
Conspiracy to commit treason by the WHIGs & Cheney would get it for me. Pinky should do time regardless.
Indictment as the "October surprise"

All the best.
