TGIF..!

It's almost Miller time! I was heading out the door after a long and fruitful day and week until SP Biloxi brought this article to my attention so I thought I would post it for all to see.

Fitzgerald Focuses on Missing White House Emails

"More than two dozen emails sent to various senior Bush administration officials between May 2003 and early July 2003 related to covert CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson and her husband, former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, are missing, and the special prosecutor investigating the case suspects that the communications may have been destroyed, according to high level sources close to the two-year old probe.

The sources, who are knowledgeable about Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald's investigation and have read hundreds of pages of grand jury testimony, said the emails in question were sent between May and July 2003 by I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Deputy White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove, then-Deputy National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley, former CIA official Frederick Fleitz, former Cheney aide John Hannah, former Cheney National Security assistant David Wurmser, former Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Affairs John Bolton, and White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card.

Fitzgerald also suspects that some emails sent to Vice President Cheney by Libby and senior officials at the CIA as well as Libby and Cheney's email replies during this time were not turned over to Fitzgerald's staff.

The sources added that Fitzgerald had learned about the existence of the missing emails during grand jury testimony given by key players in the case, some of whom are now cooperating with the probe in order to avert an indictment for their own roles in the leak. " <

I might even have a cigar tonight and by the way, I don't really drink Miller beer. ;)

Nora O'Donnell on MSNBC brought up an interesting point about the missing, unarchived, misarchived, lost, deleted, erased, whatever, WH emails. She made the connection between this most recent bombshell (about missing emails) and Rove's sudden "discovery" of the email that then triggered his "repressed-memory-syndrome" revelation regarding his conversations with Time's Cooper about Plame-Wilson. I guess the question is, is there an electronic file box filled with incriminating emails in Rove's and others' possession? And will these slimeballs suddenly "discover" them and dole them out one at a time as necessary. I don't imagine Fitzy will put up with that for very long.

Also, and forgive me if this violates some sort blog protocol, but firedoglake has some interesting news about how Fitzy knows the emails are missing in the first place. I don't know which is scarier--that these people are that evil, or that they're that stupid.

An gorta mor,

Saint Brigid

Uh oooh!

Oh pat, you're breaking my heart...Does this mean these boys have been caught in....

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE !?!???

*Gasp*...Who would've thunk?

By the way regarding the office of special counsel positions...

Patrick...

This is exactly what we need, do I detect a hint???

By the way, Andrew Lourie was related to Scott McClellan as being his "brother" hes apparently one of the family....

Strange? You betcha...

So as to the special prosecutors...You think maybe McNulty can do double-duty?? I mean after all, he's prosecuting all these other boys...Maybe he can call in a favor to James Comey...become "Special Counsel" for now and then we'll get one more prosecutor.

Now's the time to bring this train-wreck to a halt. Old 'Gonzalo doesn't have control of shit anymore, so lets just over-run the whole place!

There's no other prosecutor in the country, with that good of a humor and integrity....

....who happens to also blog his own website, while making it appear like a 'parody' sometimes... ;)

Folks like Pat Fitzgerald, Sherman Skolnick, Lenny Bloom, Wayne Madsen, John Paul Stevens and Michael Mason need to stick around.....and they will be here in some fashion, long after people wipe themselves out....

And why will they be there...? To protect the truth of justice. No matter how browbeat they get, or how hard they are on the criminals....the only thing they are there for, is to inspire hope....

And to lighten the mood a bit, and move on to make sure corruption stays dead, good, and buried in our country.

No kidding? (sarcastic tone)

"It is unbelievable, says a former CIA operative who resigned in disgust rather than spy on his own country.
We spend more time gathering intel on Americans than we do on real enemies of our country."

"Under orders from Bush, the military has sent agents out to infiltrate anti-war groups, liberal organizations and even workforces of municipal governments considered to be opponents of the administration. In Vermont, a group of Quakers discovered a Pentagon spy in their midst."

"On Wednesday, the American Civil Liberties Union in Philadelphia filed a Freedom of Information Act request seeking files on Pentagon monitoring of peace activists and other groups in that city. The move is part of a nationwide effort by the ACLU to learn just how much domestic spying is carried out by American military agents."

"Pentagon spies do not belong in Pittsburgh, in Philadelphia or in State College, says Mary Catherine Roper, staff attorney for the ACLU of Pennsylvania. We don’t need the military to protect us from lawful protests by concerned citizens.

The national ACLU filed a similar FOIA request on behalf of the American Friends Service Committee, Veterans for Peace, United for Peace and Justice and Greenpeace. Other ACLU affiliates are seeking Pentagon files on local groups in Georgia, Rhode Island, Maine, and California.

Fitz, McNulty, Jackie etc...

Something needs to be done right now......it is possible your good friends the neocons, will try to do a false-flag attack on the SUPERBOWL centers for all sorts of "reasons"....

Inside intel says SUPERBOWL sunday might be attacked, just another day in the 'neighborhood.

All military outposts should be on high alert.....with the neocons in desperation mode, this is the perfect time to catch them in their terror attack and setup a big sting!

Plus think of the results...They plan to possibly attack sporting events...do the math!

Mess with americans thats more than enough...mess with our favorite sports aka the stealers, jets, and packers....that's your last mistake!

:D

He's right...

"I. The Setup:
(a) A multitude of warnings from government officials of another domestic terrorism event have aired in the [compliant] media.
(b) The new "bin Laden" speech threatening an eminent "muslim" terrorist attack more devastating than 9/11.
(c) Patriot Act II ready to be approved by congress. (Martial Law)
(d) Plenty of time to place "terrorist" weapons in the stadium to be remotely detonated on cue.
(e) This date, February 5, 2006, is an "11" day for the numerologists
(f) The football League has cut ties with the nationally respected security firm it has used for the last 29 Super Bowls, and hired three smaller, less-experienced companies (Owned or controlled by Bush family members as in the World Trade Center on 9/11?)
(g) NORAD and other military entities are staging drills to "protect" Ford Field on Sunday, February 5, 2006. (Remember 9/11?)
(g) Many more others are available but these are more than necessary to illustrate the point.

II. The Event:
(a) Destruction of Ford Field with a mini-nuke and/or other less deadly but massive and overwhelming pyrotechnic weapons is exercised.
(b) Thousands of "American" men, women, children and "heroes" are murdered in a few seconds.
(c) Tens of millions of people are watching the event "live" on television all over the planet!
(d) Shock and awe, terror, fear and anger on a historic level far beyond that of 911 ensue.

III. The Benefits to the Criminals:
(a) Shifting public concerns away from the Bushites incompetence and criminal acts, and back to even greater terrorist fears.
(b) Provision of a "reason" to attack Iran with nuclear weaponry. (Reason for the neocons to use a mini-nuke for "terrorist" event.)
(c) Investigations of illegal spying on the American people scheduled to begin this week will be quickly dispensed with.
(d) The Patriot Act that expires on February 2, 2006 is guaranteed to be renewed, and Patriot Act 2, 3, 4 etc. would be passed.
(e) Congressional hearings on illegal wiretapping scheduled to begin February 6, 2006 will be cancelled or easily dismissed.
(f) A number of lawsuits, initiated by various citizen groups set to begin to enter the court system on February 6, 2006 against the Bushites, will be quickly and quietly eliminated.
(g) The re-cycling of an "obsolete" major city with huge profit potential for the "elite" is facilitated. *

http://www.scholarsfor911truth.org/EmailNews30Jan2006_1.html

Spread the word....carefully track down the murderers...arrest..convict...hang....and then get everybody in the CIA case to trial.

Anonymous please tell that to a steeler fan myself, Bluewild and Strategerie are the only fans of the Seahawks and unlike the way Bush puts everyone in fear at will.
The terrortist will most likely be watching the game themselves. Its the Bush policy they hate and the way he dictates to them and invades they countries. So if the Steelers think this trick will work it wont. We will win fair and square with no tricks or putting people in fear.

Local update: The rain has turned to snow in Motown. So far there has only been an attack on an ATM machines in the East Side. Somehow, someone got mercury into the $20 bills. It would apppear not to be dangerous unless you eat the $20 bill (really!). Detroit is home to the highest concetration of Arab Americans of any city in the Country. Also, our Air National Guard is actually the one that was dispatched on 9/11 to intercept Flight 93. They been in the air practicing the last two weeks (right over my head). Our local NBC station is currently broadcasting from the parties going on around Ford Field, with lots of stuff for kids and grownups. So, all things considered, it's the good news and the bad news. Let's hope it's the rest is all good news. no matter who you're rooting for. Security at the border has been verocious. party on......

I read this here.....Fitzgerald and company...stay close the grindstone and carry a bible....Do not stay all the way in the front of the superbowl. I'm tell you all, all of you, they will try to do an attack there.

And we have the full tools to shut them down.

Come on, already. Every time this administration feels that they are losing control by "terror", we get an upgraded warning...just to remind us how much we need them to "protect" us and to change the subject. The irony is that if there ever was such an attempt, their credibility on the one last remaining stronghold would be shot.

Paper chasing:
I strongly suspect - faced with long jail time, for perjury - Miller will flip harder than a dismounting Olympian gymnast.

But in order to prove she's lying, Fitzgerald needs evidence from someone else, somewhere else. Maybe in those indecipherable notes Libby has to retype? Betcha he'll be real careful deciding what the squiggles mean. So easy to take the line "Told M: not WINPAC, but CP" and change it to "Told M: WINPAC, not CP" to buttress his claim that he didn't tell Miller Plame was covert.

I wonder if Fitzgerald's already let a handwriting analyst, or a cryptographer, or a pharmacist (*G*) loose on those notes. It'd be a real treat to see Libby caught dead to rights falsifying his own transcription. The Wrath of Fitz would be a wonderful, terrible thing to behold.

Happy Sunday to all,

I hope that you all enjoy the Super Bowl. And I cannot wait to see if Jackie and company wins the Super Bowl over Fitz's Steelers by 3 (now, I know the rest the bloggers followed Fitz's bet. Although, I think that Steelers will not win by 3. But, to all those that followed Fitz's path: Good Luck!) Anyway, here is the latest the CIA Leak. This was yesterday's article. Libby now says that he can "remember." Libby is now saying that Cheney gave him the order. Interesting that Libby couldn't remember things when he gave his testimony to Fitz. But, now all of the sudden, Libby has taken Gingko and "remembers." Enjoy the Super Bowl game!:
