I Am Humbled...

Everybody is feeling giddy this weekend!

Bob Cesca at HuffPo suggests we wiretap Cheney:

"...the president once chastened, "Leaks of classified information are bad things." But much like the Advanced Energy Initiative in his State of the Union, it's possible Bush wasn't being literal.

So here's a solution which will enable us to find out for sure. Let's eavesdrop on Dick Cheney without a warrant.

Clearly, Cheney is jeopardizing national security. In doing so, he undermined our military (almost 19,000 military casualties in the Iraq War) as well as our government and our Constitution. The White House of all institutions -- mental or otherwise -- should understand how important it is to know who our enemies are and to whom they're speaking. I want to know who else the vice president is conspiring with in an effort to hate America.

With the Fitzgerald document in hand, we have probable cause don't we?"

Ok Mr. Humble I too thought the poems were nice and you see just how much people do think of you. Now I thought the picture in the corner with the dude looking backward at the city is really you. Good comes to those who do for others who have been wronged. It must come from the heart and your gifts will be beyond your understanding. Thats what's happening to you right now.

Fitz,

Don't listen to the guys Cheney deserves the hardest fall....indict him last.

For now just clean out Karl Rove and the baggage...

Conspiracy....we now have motive.

Nice poems and well written. When you do for others and asked nothing in return, great rewards come back in full circle/. Way to go, Fitz!

D'oh! Limericks! Silly me. I've been wooing you with haiku but of course an Irish-Catholic kid from Brooklyn would rather have limericks. I'll get to work on that.

There once was a guy from Flatbush ...

WRONG! Cheney MUST be indicted first-or did you want him for President? Even for a day is too long!

Don't be silly!

On the other hand...if you are ready to charge Rove, (and a minion or two), but not ready to charge Cheney...go with what you've got, now. Chip away at the foundations and the superstructure will topple.

I sense that the public is beginning to think you have nothing substantive on Rove. From reading the comments on some of the blogs it seems that they will be starting to build some spin around this possiblity. Their story will go like this: "Look, over two years and lots of $$$ later...and all that he can come up with is lying and obstruction of justice, which have yet to be proved. Time to shut the investigation down"

Meanwhile Rove continues to exert his power in the WH, over the elected GOP, and in the forthcoming election strategy formation.

And besides, if ..Libby's defense fund donora need to know that they've got to pony up big time again, at least one more time, perhaps they will not be so generous in the present situation.

Fitz has proof of motive aka conspiracy with Rove...

He needs to get them to charge him next....everyone has seen all the testimony and know Rove covered a whole load of stuff up on Niger.

3 reporters have testified now who saw Rove acting in the conspiracy and at the meetings....he has no need for just lying. He has the foundation for conspiracy charges...and I believe he's clear its going to be more than one before taking down Cheney.
