I have watched this blog for at least a month now and find it very intersting & informative. I really wanted to like Sam Alito, but something about him makes me very scared for our childrens future. I wonder how he would feel about the abortion issue if his wife or someone close to him was raped. I find it very scary that this administration is appointing anyone to a lifetime position. PJF you may be the only good news we have on the web, good night & good luck.

Attention, Attention:

This article is a gift for you, Sam Alito, from me. Be careful what you wish for because your past and present antics and come back and bite you. Be careful what you say.

Looks like more problems with Dubya. Bush's nominee (in 2001) for federal judge, James H. Payne broke the law. Hello?? A judge! Here is the article:

Payne's financial filings show holdings of up to $100,000 in SBC Communications stock, up to $50,000 in Wal-Mart stock and up to $15,000 in Pfizer stock, among others, while he presided over lawsuits involving the companies or their subsidiaries. In fact, it appears that since he was appointed by Bush in 2001 as a federal district judge in Oklahoma, Payne has been sitting inappropriately on at least one case at any given moment for nearly his entire federal judgeship.

Now lets not get our hopes up until the big truth is revealed....

Fitz and Biloxi
There is some interesting business going on out there....

And I've seen some reports lately which are....encouraging.

We'll provide you and Prosecutor McNulty with Cover, Fitz & don't worry about it.

Its the least I can do for a fellow american patriot....Here's the thing: AIPAC committed a nasty crime..

The crime that needs to be televised, is not a hoopla show for celebrities. Its got to be treason, out and out spying, and show on national television to everyone---especially the uninformed...that AIPAC spied on us deliberately, broke the law, and blackmailed people.

Judge John T. Ellis may not be totally clear on this issue....so perhaps a new judge might clear this issue up or get his ear...

And oh yeah...about the neocons. A little birdy named Sandra has told me explicitly that Samuel Alito must get on the high court.

It just so happens, Samuel Alito is the best judge in the world for the situations we find ourselves in.....he happens to hate the neocons like a never-ending scar so hmmm..

American People Score: 4
Neoconservative Score: -2

If the real Sam reads this, I say good luck and lets get on with the show!

Am I on the Bizzaro Planet right now?

Let's put pillows on it then, debug the whole thing, since Bizzaros deal with doing the opposite. Just take all the stupid people who do stupid things, and let them do the opposite. For example on the Bizzaro Planet their NSA Agency (spelled backwards of course) helps old ladies cross the street. Their CIA passes out 100 dollar bills to regular people, putting Ed McMahon to shame, instead of Afghani warlords. Corporations hire real Americans instead of only momentarily retaining them to train NWO outsourcing. Etc. etc. etc. until you have a real Eutopia, rather the actual intended America?

Ms. Ralston may be testifying again, perhaps in the Abramoff mess. Need to get her away from the top bushies.

Grandmanuk you might be right. I read the article and she was going no where now she's gone. So much talk about Rove something is happening or their scared. If I hear one more word about Hillary as President these guys are so scared of this lady it crazy. McCain will have to over come his photo op with Bush, being made a fool of by Bush in the torture law and the family in his state that he lied to about the death of their son the football player. It like mice running wild without direction. But something big is happening just what I don't know.

2:04 PM
Blogger Special Prosecutor Biloxi said...

In addition, Ms. Ralston was asked if Fitz would call her in for questions on the CIA leak investigation. Of course, she says, "no comment." She certainly is connected to the Abramoff/DeLay/CIA leak case for sure. The real question is what does she know?

2:06 PM
Blogger Special Prosecutor Biloxi said...

I think this will shed light the progress of Fitz's investigation. This is today's article in on truthout.org regardng the CIA leak. He is certainly working hard for our earn dollars for sure. Here is an excerpt and the link:

The State Department officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because some of the information they discussed is still classified, indicated that the White House had substantial motive for revealing undercover CIA operative Valerie Plame's identity to reporters.
They said the questions Fitzgerald asked them about the Niger documents suggested to them that the special prosecutor was putting together a timeline. They said they believe Fitzgerald wants to show the grand jury how some people in the Bush administration may have conspired to retaliate against former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, an outspoken critic of the administration's pre-war Iraq intelligence.
The officials said Fitzgerald's interest is not in the war's validity. Instead, Fitzgerald is trying to find out if Wilson's public questions about the administration's intelligence and its use of the Niger documents led members of a little known committee called the White House Iraq Group to leak Plame's name and CIA status to reporters.

Good day!

NICE article find Prsctr Bil;

Fitz -- does this mean you can
make all the WHIG members culpable in a conspiracy to
defraud Wilson,
out a covert agent,
defraud the American public?

Now THAT would be sweet justice-!
There is no doubt the
conspiracy on a number of fronts from
the Administration is wide spread.

? any chance they used 'regular' post for any, any communicae to nail them on mail fraud?

seems to me the way they got Capone.

Well, Bush is certainly boxed in a corner with corruption and lies. We haven't seen yet the photos with Bush and Abramoff together. However, on Raw story, the article has a photograph of Bush's meeting with now-governor of Mariana Islands who gave money to Abramoff:

3:12 PM
Blogger GrandmaNuk said...

I recall coming across information in the last few months, that the part of the CIA where Ms. Plame worked was definitely in the Directory, (I think I have that right). Apparently, anyone who was in a position to know WHO she was would also have to know that her position was classified. In other words, she wasn't just a clerk. So how is it that 1)her name was bandied about without acknowledging her classified status or 2)those that leaked her identity knew that her status was classified and blew it away anyway and thought no one would notice? What a a bunch of scumbags.

3:14 PM
Blogger GrandmaNuk said...

I just read on Raw Story that Libby's lawyers are asking for parts of the trial be closed testimony to review classified information, including what Ms. Plame did at the CIA. One of the problems is that it could slow down the trial. Funny, he should have thought about her classified status BEFORE he got into this mess.

3:32 PM

Libby attempting to stonewall...wants to classify parts of trial

Maybe a new Judge should be assigned and try this case as well, if the prosecutors can prove Bias?

Not that there's anything wrong with Judge Reggie B. Walton....its not like he gagged Sibel Edmonds three times or anything...

6 miles & Anon:

Just to let you know that the articles that I passed along to the fellow bloggers are public information from Raw story, Truthout.org, WSJ, etc. It is up to the fellow bloggers to start connecting the dots themselves. That is why Fitz doesn't tell all of us who will be indicted and when. I know that this blog as well as other blogs are being watched. And there are people who will try to sabatage this blog as well as other blogs. But, it is up to all of us to stay strong, keep the integrity of Fitz's blog, and not be so fearful and scared of what is on our minds. We all have a right to know what is going on in our goverment as tax payers and U.S. citizens. I know Fitz is being tested and watched because of his relentless search for the truth. There is an old saying: there is nothing to fear but fear itself. So, I value everyone's opinions on this blog.

Finally, if you think that this blog is being watched, you should go on Bill Press, a radio commentator, website: billpress.com. Now, he certainly speaks his mind about the Administration, Sam Alito, and other current topics. He certainly call a spade a spade. Bill Press still speaks his mind and once said to me in an email that people deserve to know the truth and not to be afraid of speaking the truth...

So, the dots are being connected whether we speak about it or not. The choice is up to you.

And, I am not talking about a place to have a beer. As the special prosecutor, Patrick, can request a "cell mate" for the person who outed Valerie Plame? I was thinking that maybe Jack Abramoff could spend a little more time with the administration member. If it weren't so darn serious, it would be funny. But who is laughing?
BTW, I clicked on the search box on MSN.com to see all the names I had placed in my search engine.....no porn sites or any incriminating stuff. But, I am really angry at MSN for "caving-in." Is there no privacy anywhere today?
