Breath Mint..?
Ted,
In all seriousness, why are you reading over my shoulder?
Respectfully,
Fitz
P.S. - Is the .pdf legible enough for you? ;)
P.P.S - Do you fly commercial back and forth to N.Y. or does the Libby Legal Defense Trust spring for a Gulfstream?

FITZ!!!
What do you think Ted charges per hour? $500 per hour + more while in court?
Hmmmm. Timeline, timeline, timeline.
The gnome Libby is hosed..
June 23, 2003: Libby met with New York Times reporter, Judith Miller. He disparaged the CIA for “selective leaking” in intelligence matters. In discussing the CIA’s handling of Wilson’s trip to Niger, Libby told her that Wilson’s wife might work at the CIA bureau.
July 6, 2003: Joe Wilson wrote an Op-Ed article in the New York Times called “What I didn’t find in Africa”. In addition, Wilson published an article in the Washington Post. Also, Wilson appeared on Tim Russett’s show, Meet the Press.
July 7, 2003: Libby told ex-White House secretary, Ari Fleischer, that Wilson’s wife worked at the CIA and noted this information was not widely known. July 8, 2003: Libby asked Cheney’s counsel what paperwork there would be at the CIA if an employee’s spouse undertook an overseas trip.
On or before July 8, 2003: The assistant to the Vice-President for Public Affairs learned from another government official that Wilson’s wife worked at the CIA and advised Libby of this information.
July 8, 2003: Libby provided new details about Valerie Plame to Ms. Miller.
July 10, 2003: Libby spoke with NBC’s Tim Russett to complain about press coverage of Libby by MSNBC reporter. Libby didn’t discuss Wilson’s wife with Russett.
July 10 or 11, 2003: Karl Rove emailed Stephen Hadley after his discussion with Times reporter, Matt Cooper. Rove claimed that he tried to steer Cooper away from allegations Wilson was making about the faulty Iraq intelligence. Rove told Libby that he had earlier that week discussed Wilson’s trip and Wilson’s wife with columnist Robert Novak and that Novak would be writing a story.
July 12, 2003: Libby discussed with Cheney and other officials on how to respond to questions by reporter, Matt Cooper.
July 12, 2003: Libby spoke by phone to Cooper. Cooper asked Libby whether he heard about Plame’s involvement in sending Wilson to Niger. Libby confirmed had heard that information too.
July 12, 2003: Libby again discussed Wilson’s wife with Ms. Miller.
July 14, 2003: Columnist Robert Novak identified Plame as a CIA operative and said she had suggested sending Wilson to Niger.
Wells is only trying save his little client's skin from a dead horse case.. He may be lurking this blog for answers.
Obviously, Wells, Cline, et al are desperate to find some answers on how to save little Scooter!
Stay away for more than 18 hours and there are a lot of posts and threads to catch up on. One final comment on FDL/PJF (o.k. maybe a couple). I would really LMAO if Fitzgerald turned out to be a member of Opus Dei. They do have a bachelor branch. But even if he is not, he is a Catholic as I am, probably more conservative, and I think FDL has created a version of him which does not resemble reality. They are adamantly pro-choice over there, and he is probably just as adamantly pro-life. Very few Catholics are pro-choice, and I can't see him being one of them. The idea that he would have a girlfriend who has a foul mouth like someone there or is divorced like lhp is ridiculous too.
Finally, if the president of the PJF fan club knew him from before, why was she so surprised by his tallness and soft voice? Wouldn't you know that about someone you had met before?

"Breath Mint..?"
Ha ha, ha ha .......
naschkatze,
wikipedia says Novak is Opus Dei.
“By the time I leave here, it will have been over 40 years since I arrived in Washington, and I’ve been praised when I didn’t deserve it, and probably criticized when I didn’t deserve it,” he says. “And there aren’t enough hours in the day for me to spend a lot of time worrying about my image.”
And this reason, along with Poppy, Jr. and Rumsfeld and others in the cabal are reasons to blow open the last 40 years of truth so this never, ever happens again. History shows that unless you break destructive cycles, you will pass down vile and evil traits.
If he had but one day left to live, it should be in prison for war crimes and against his own country. His grandchildren should grown up proud of him (sarcasm) when the truth is finally revealed and someone will tell them the truth.
Rawstory
jan, I've also read that Louis Freeh is Opus Dei as well as several members of the Supreme Court, most often, Scalia.
Scooter's bloodline can be traced directly from Judas Iscariot!
Jews, Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, Evangelicals - they give religion a bad name so I am converting to Falun Gong!
Woops:
" It is falsely claimed by some, including Andrew Sullivan (see[1]), that Novak is a member of the Catholic group Opus Dei; the high-profile priest responsible for Novak's conversion, Father John McCloskey, is a member of the organization.[2]"
Ted knows his client is guilty but this case is a learning case only. Who to defend a client who committed the crime. Everyone needs to challenge their skills to get better. This case is law college students dream.
Titan vs Titan watch the moves as the players try to out wit each other. If the foundation is solid the house will stand, if the foundation is weak the house will fall.
Hey, da vinci code,I think it's scary and as I wrote, I'm Catholic! I'd really like to know how many of them are in the government. I think the best promotion for Fitz would be FBI Director, a position where he could get them out of politics and strictly into crime related law.
Davinci makes a good point. We should give equal time to Jews, Protestants, Muslims, and that Catholic group.

Dear Fitz,
So funnee....
and so accommodating too....
-------------
Fitz. Keep your eye on the prize. Don't get caught up in all the Washington bs. Don't get swept away with D.C. journalists, the blogging and dining at the "in" restaurants. Remember your roots.
Aye aye, I'll be good!
Fitz:
Ok, while you're being good..
wanna dance?
*wink*
Nasch: You're right about the FDLers reading Fitz wrong. He's a brilliant prosecutor and an extraordinarily good man. He's also a devout Catholic. The FDL gang is the antithesis of that.
BTW, the PJF Fan Club and FDL are unrelated. Christy, Loose, etc, are FDL. I don't remember the gals' names over at the PJFFC. The thing they most have in common is an inability to draw appropriate boundaries with regard to their "coverage" of Fitz. Christy needs to STFU about his bald spot. Jane, who I am glad is feeling better, should hang her head in shame for using "rumpled" and Fitzgerald in the same sentence. And poor LHP is out of control (she's now commenting about his eyes). The Fan Club women are all over the board with their comments. I'm writing a paper for my social psychology class on these women. They are all delusional.
Fitz:
I'm looking forward to the week ahead and hearing the truth! :)
Godspeed Fitz and Team! :)

The White House will inform Congress that Israel may have violated US arms export agreements by using US-supplied cluster bombs in south Lebanon last year, a newspaper reported.
Unless Congress takes legislative action, The New York Times said, President George W. Bush has discretion under US law about whether to impose sanctions on Israel, which US officials said would be unlikely.
The White House, certain people in Congress and Israel knew exactly what they were doing. The news somehow got through to us finally and the photos are still available, even more disturbing. Get Israel or any other government for that matter, out of U.S. policy and governing.
anonymous, when it comes to Fitz, FDL, pardon me the PJF fan club, is a horrible mixture of Fantasy Island and Fatal Attraction.

I found another Ari-Irve-Leak-Trial posting. Please someone read and explain. Sorry for the link. This looks interesting.
"On December 30, Deputy Attorney General Comey held a press conference to announce that Ashcroft had removed himself from the investigation. . . . Of note to me, was Comey's comment that "this has come together really in the last week" -- meaning, apparently, the week of December 22-26 -- the Christmas holiday week during which the FBI raised the prospect of a grand jury.
. . . Comey noted that if Fitzgerald "needs to issue a subpoena involving the media, for example, or if he wants to grant immunity to somebody," he will not have to obtained approval of the Justice Department. ..." more
Omg, scroll down on that link for pic of Irve and Porkrind together. LOL.
I'm with anon @ 7:41...always remember your roots, and keep you eye on the prize.
LOL @ the breath mints.
Don't stay up late Ted! You've got quite a match with Fitzie this week.
Go Team America! Sweet dreams and sweet justice to all!
Go get 'em, Fitzie!
For all who were curious to what I look like. This is a picture of me, Ms. Jackie. Some might say I resemble Halle Berry but the resemble stops at the hips.
Randall, of all the Fitz team members, this picture is for you. Call me. *wink, wink*
prosecutor fitzgerald:
i'm an undergrad following the grand jury investigation with great interest. just found the blog & the breath mint entry made me laugh out loud in the library. wanted to give you a heads up that the blog is this public. also, i hope that when you are done frying whatever fish you are after and your current DC mission is through, i will be studying law and able to bring you in to school some self-important future attorneys on JUSTICE ... we're looking up to you, and i agree with one of the anonymous commenters, don't get caught up in the D.C. BS!! it's too easy!
- rosie
undergrad.
big fan. not in the fatal attraction way.
godspeed!
Jackie, we didn't think you looked like Harry Potter....
Do you have the hots for Randall?
What does he look like anyway?
Do you mean to tell me that all this time Jackie looks like Halle Berry, the woman that I heart for? Man, I had a heart attack from deeing Jackie's avatar of Halle. And what is this about Jackie and Randall? Am I missing soemthing? Fitz, you have to give me the 411 on this one. Jackie and Randall? And what is it about Randall? Is it his non-response comment: "no comment," a man with few words?
LMAO!
Also, I wanted to pass this along to the Justice Bloggers from Fitz. He sent this on email to all Justice Bloggers:
In case you were wondering,
Your comments are being read every day by people who work very very hard (Team, America) on behalf of the law. They appreciate all your comments and you. :D
I just picked this up via email from Fitz. Thank you all.
SPB:
Yep, I received that same email from Fitz and that was why I was teasing him...asking him to dance..after I received that email! :)
Hmmm..
I never received that email!
LOL!
He probably gave it to you in a hug, Randall.
How come I didn't get the email?
And put up a picture of Kim Basinger, S-Q!
I'm reading your comments, thanks.
How cool ;D
S-Q:
I know you did received the email and so did Jackie. But, the email was dedicated to the ones who didn't received it. I thought it was fair to include the rest of the Justice Bloggers.
SPB:
Yes, absolutely!! :D
Did the emails give off a hint of his cologne? Prey tell!?
"Did the emails give off a hint of his cologne? Prey tell!?"
LOL! If it had the Old Spice aroma, then you will see me pass out at my computer. And I hope Fitz left the Old Spice cologne in Chicago. Otherwise, my emails gave a smell of old socks. That was the same aroma from Fitz's email.
;-)
Jackie hearts Randall.
Randall, eat your heart out. I heard that Randall is in the running for Sexiest Man of the Year and will knock off Fitz. Priceless.
Thank You very much!
naschkatze, Fitz may very well be the pious Catholic you say and completely follow church doctrine-but if he is-he sure as hell isn't like the divorced, beer drinking, pro-choice Catholics throughout my family tree;-)
They are hesitant to criticize the Pope-but they still laugh at Pope jokes:-D
Paddy,
You are not a married man and must remain a virgin. We trust you have remained so.
'Tis is a sin not to be master of your domain as well, lad!
"You are not a married man and must remain a virgin. We trust you have remained so."
Ha Ha! Now that's a joke!!! Remain a virgin... LMAO! TMI!! If he can sustain himself from the Sharon Stones out there giving him the knowing wink, then the rugby man will be safe! Good luck Fitz! Better you than me.
P.S. Fitz, watch out for Jackie, the Halle Berry look alike. You may be weak at the knees! LOL!
If people didn't know that Wells and Fitz were lawyers on this thread, Mr. Wells would sound like a hooker, $500 per hour and Mr. Fitz--a virgin. Watch out for the DC pervs, Mr. Fitz!

That would be surprising.

Hey, that's cute.
I love that song.
They are hesitant to criticize the Pope-but they still laugh at Pope jokes:-D
I like the real Pope John Paul II.
In his pictures he looked like a really good man.
I don't think that the one who died that they made the big fuss over was really him.
All legitimate Roman Catholics are pro-life because that's a tenet of the faith. But "American" catholics can do whatever they please.
Does a Pope wear a condom?
Anon says:
"Does the Pope wear a Condom?"
No he practices Coitus Interruptus.
