Well, this article pas along to me by E. It is a very good article. Thanks E!

Israeli Police Recommend Charges Against President

JERUSALEM, Oct. 15 — The Israeli police recommended on Sunday that President Moshe Katsav face charges of rape and sexual assault allegedly committed against several women in his office. Israel’s attorney general must now decide whether to file such charges.

Mr. Katsav, who has held the mostly ceremonial post since 2000, has denied any wrongdoing. He has said that at least one of his accusers was trying to extort money and that his political enemies were behind the investigation.

A joint statement by the police and the Justice Ministry said there was evidence that the president committed “rape, aggravated sexual assault, indecent acts without permission and offenses under the law to prevent sexual harassment.”
According to the police, the inquiry also found evidence that the president had committed fraud and was engaged in illegal wiretapping.

Mr. Katsav has been facing calls for his resignation, and Sunday’s statement by the police was sure to intensify those demands

Now, if the Israeli Prez committed rape, sexual assault as well as illegal wiretapping and the people want him toss from office, why can't the sitting Gerbil who crawled into the WH get tossed as well for his graft? If the Isreali Prez can be tossed out for illegal wiretapping, why can't the Gerbil? I know we are talking about two different countries but King Gerbil certainly needs to go. I hope there is more noise from the American people during and after November election for Chimpeach!

We have a rare Cosmic event occurring on October 17th and 18th that will give us a jump-start in manifesting the things we would like to cocreate in our own lives and on this planet. There is going to be an ultraviolet pulse beam from higher dimensions than we have previously been able to
experience crossing the path of Earth.

The ultraviolet pulse beam will be a wave of Light that traverses the
planet, so no matter what time zone you are in the important times will be the same. For 17 hours, from approximately 10:17 a.m. on October 17th until 1:17 a.m. on October 18th our thoughts and emotions will be amplified ONE MILLIONFOLD. The peak time will be 5:10 p.m. on October
17th.

Now it is the responsibility of every conscious person on the planet to focus our attention on what we want to cocreate in place of the negativity being pushed to the surface.

From current perspective, probably nothing is more critical than expanding the matrix and archetypes for Divine Government.
The upcoming elections in the United States of America and the various challenges taking place around the world are providing an opportunity for monumental change.

Use your thoughts wisely! Needless to say, it is imperative for all of us to be Peace Commanding Presences during this auspicious
time.

Yes, there had to be overwhelming evidence. But, my concern in this country that we have a sitting idiot that broken 750 laws, illegal wiretapping, and flat out lied to the public about Iraq, 9/11 conspiracy, and so on.. So, I certainly want to corrected officials running for office history and elmininate the GOP controlled and rubber stamping Congress.
Throw Rummy under the bus? No, just send him to a nursing home. Rummy's mind is mentality gone. As far as charges on Rummy, he is ceetainly responsible for the illegal torturing and treatment of the detainees and imprisoning innocent Iraqis as detainees in Abu Ghraib. That is probably why Congress ignored the Red Cross findings of the inhuman treatment of the detainees in their report in 2003.

President Bush on Tuesday signed legislation authorizing tough interrogation of terror suspects and smoothing the way for trials before military commissions, calling it a "vital tool" in a time of war.

Bush's plan for treatment of the terror suspects became law just six weeks after he acknowledged that the CIA had been secretly interrogating suspected terrorists overseas and pressed Congress to quickly give authority to try them in military commissions.

"With the bill I'm about to sign, the men our intelligence officials believe orchestrated the murder of nearly 3,000 innocent people will face justice," Bush said.

Among those the United States hopes to try are Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the accused mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks, as well as Ramzi Binalshibh, an alleged would-be 9/11 hijacker, and Abu Zubaydah, who was believed to be a link between Osama bin Laden and many al-Qaida cells.

"It is a rare occasion when a president can sign a bill that he knows will save American lives," Bush said. "I have that privilege this morning."

Bush signed the bill in the White House East Room, at a table with a sign positioned on the front that said "Protecting America." He said he signed it in memory of the victims of the Sept. 11 attacks.

I think I could puke.

You know I read that story last week about the gerbil admin trying to spin Abu Ghraib as a sex scandal instead of what it was....TORTURE.

Everybody understand that when it comes to Muslims the Depraved sexual acts are Torture and extremely revolting to their people..

Yet gerbil continues underestimating the intelligence of the American people...

750 laws and still the Gerbil hasn't been tossed out? Well, that tells you that money changed pocket of certain officials and a very corrupted Congress on Capitol Hill. As far as Rummy, Rummy still think that he is in the old days in the Nixon Administration. Believe that Rummy and Cheney have done a lot of graft in the '70's when Ford became President after Nixon resigned from office. There were a lot of payoffs and evil doings by those two. So, I wonder if their crimes from the past will catch up with them in the present or are their current graft will seal their fate..

I was trying to say that the Gerbil had to get that bill signed before election. This is all part of the Gerbil's agenda. So, I wasn't surprised that he would a sign that bill if you know exactly what his whole hidden agenda in the WH from the get-go.

"I really doubt November will change much but play shuffle-the-evildoers.."

Well, I don't have the doom and gloom mode. Many people talk on the streets have that type of mentality. Nothing will not change overnight if the Democrats take a majority of House seat. This will be a very slow process. And I hope that the Democrats who gain seats in Congress in Noveber send a clear message to the Gerbil that they are rubber stamping anything from him. This is not going to be some type of catwalk in. The Gerbil has done a major damage to this country in the past 5 years. And it will take a large amount of people in this country to want a change and clean up the mess. And yes, new fresh faces with new ideas will be great help.

Page Board Eyes 'Other Allegations' Not Involving Foley

WASHINGTON (Oct. 17) - Allegations of improper conduct toward teenage congressional assistants, which do not involve ex-Rep. Mark Foley, were discussed by the board overseeing the program, a Democratic lawmaker said.

Rep. Dale Kildee, the only Democrat on the House Page Board, would not elaborate on whether the discussion involved lawmakers. He said, however, that none of the allegations discussed have been proven.
Kildee testified Monday on the Foley matter before the congressional ethics committee as it continued to investigate Republican leaders' responses to the sex scandal that has marred the party's prospects just three weeks before nationwide elections

Kildee said the House Page Board held the discussions about allegations of improper conduct in a conference call.

"It was about other allegations and I'd like to leave it at that," he said. "Let me just say, not about Mr. Foley. It's only been allegations."

And I wonder which lawmakers are involved in other allegations according to Kildee... And what allegations are they?

One man who will tell you that he escaped the Nazi Holocaust as a teenager is Walter Loebenberg, the visionary behind the Tampa Bay Holocaust Museum on whose board sits Straight's founder--Melvin Sembler. And why not. Walter Loebenberg is formerly the President of Straight. Melvin Sembler is also the finance chairman of the National Republican Party, and one of the reasons for Straight's longevity and success is its endorsements by prominent Republicans including Nancy and Ronald Reagan and George Bush. (Don't ask me which one either. The whole Bush family is tied to Melvin Sembler's pocketbook.)

A longtime political supporter of Cheney, Sembler was recruited to join the effort by Barbara Comstock, a Washington lawyer and friend of Libby, Comstock said.

Sembler will head what Comstock called "a distinguished and bipartisan group of friends, colleagues and former government officials" who have formed the Libby Legal Defense Trust.

BOSTON (Reuters) - Disaffected people living in the United States may develop radical ideologies and potentially violent skills over the Internet and that could present the next major U.S. security threat, U.S.
Homeland Security Secretary
Michael Chertoff said on Monday.

"We now have a capability of someone to radicalize themselves over the Internet," Chertoff said on the sidelines of a meeting of International Association of the Chiefs of Police.

"They can train themselves over the Internet. They never have to necessarily go to the training camp or speak with anybody else and that diffusion of a combination of hatred and technical skills in things like bomb-making is a dangerous combination," Chertoff said. "Those are the kind of terrorists that we may not be able to detect with spies and satellites."

And some Americans just want to know what their government is doing. Perhaps Chertoff should watch the news or use the net more often himself, he might have seen a city drowning.

WASHINGTON — The Defense Department said Monday it would resume mandatory anthrax immunizations for military personnel serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and South Korea, reviving a controversial program that had been challenged in lawsuits and halted by a federal court.

Critics have charged that anthrax vaccinations can cause infertility and auto-immune disorders, such as multiple sclerosis and lupus. Some service members have died after being vaccinated, but the Pentagon has said the deaths were not conclusively linked to the vaccine.

The Pentagon anticipates resuming the mandatory shots in the next 30 to 60 days for the approximately 140,000 troops in Iraq, 20,000 in Afghanistan and 30,000 on the Korean peninsula, plus defense contractors serving in the those areas.

Federal workers at 19 agencies have lost personal information affecting thousands of employees and the public. Most of the data were lost or stolen. In a few cases, it was accessed by computer hackers, according to a report released Friday by the House Government Reform Committee.

In all, the committee reported 788 incidents involving the loss or compromise of sensitive information since Jan. 1, 2003. That was in addition to the "hundreds of security and privacy incidents" at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

"Data loss is a government-wide occurrence," the report said. "The vast majority of data losses arose from physical thefts of portable computers, drives and disks or unauthorized use of data by employees."

Accidental? I don't think so.

And coming from a moron and Gerbil President! LOL!

Folks,

I give my 2 cents about the conference call. I will be leaving otday from my office early for business matters. By the Gerbil signing that bill today is certain a death warrant for him and a violation of Article 3 of the Geneva convention. He just twisted the language in that bill and now given authority fo the CIA to use torture technigue like waterboarding. But, what is amazing is that the CIA is not bound by the Army manual. But, Bill Clinton was right on Meet the Press. That type of torture techniques such as waterboarding and others are done by military only and not the CIA. But, that types of techniques are only done if that detainees (not an detainee that is innocent) poses a threat to the U.S. The Gerbil really put this bill into a real contraversy. He is certainly sending the wrong message to the international countries about this country's concern for humanity. And I don't think the Gerbil has wonder if any of the U.S. are captured in other countries that those countries have their own laws and techniques of torturing.

That is my 2 cents. Have a great day!

No, it's not accidental. Personal computers tell the story of the private thoughts and affiliations of the owner.
I think that the government, after the stealing of the next election, is going to go after everybody who does not agree with the GOP Plan for world dominence and war without end. Those who can be blackmailed will be, others will be incarcerated. We will be in those prisons and being tried by military tribunal, without recourse. We, The American People, those who do not believe the lie of 911, those who have signed petitions, those who question the stolen elections, land and personal property confiscated.

"What We're Watching

Information on Military Commissions Act of 2006
President Bush signed the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (MCA) on Tuesday, October 17th. The administration claims that this law provides clear authorization for the CIA to conduct so-called 'enhanced' interrogations. Credible media reports say these include waterboarding, extreme cold and sleep deprivation and prolonged stress positions. However, Republicans in both Houses said these techniques are "clearly prohibited" by the new law."

Giving up Freedom and Rights for Security is a Bullshit doctrine that does not work and the Feds proved it during Katrina. With all their laws in place they did nothing to help people who needed it. They won't be able to save anyone when the real crap hits the fan..

The real way to fight Jihadist is to keep our Constitution in solid working order and doing good old fashion law enforcement work to capture and imprison Terrorist evildoers who are both here and abroad who mean this nation harm.

That includes financiers who are wickedly corrupt.

Giving in to GW Bush means giving up what we stand for(Freedom, Fairness, and Justice), for a Bullshit doctrine of More Security for less freedom.

Until these questions are answered there is no need to establish more doubt. What we have here is solid undisputed evidence that we were never told the truth.

The legislation signed by the President today violates basic principles and values of our constitutional system of government,' said Democratic Senator Russ Feingold. 'We will look back on this day as a stain on our nation's history.'

Feingold did speak up.

Leroy Brown @ 5:35p--I'm very sorry about Tommy. What happened to those kids was beyond belief when I first read about it months ago, so I searched around and I now believe every word the victims say. I've seen the survivors' site where they try to help each other. One can put the pieces of the puzzles together to see where this evil corruption still reaches. People would be shocked if they knew the truth. Stay safe, you have my prayers.

anon@7:19,

Its worse than the franklin coverup what the neocons did to those kids, in order to force them to defraud elections.

Its disgusting and my only hope is Mel Sembler is finally brought down, he is the cause of this abusive election fraud in america.

we need him to be brought to face the court, and the international police on top of that.

if this comes apart at the seams, there will no longer be election fraud and the Diebold operation will all fail.

Charlie Crist has been in on it since day one, he engineered it all for Karl Rove.

these bastards who did the franklin coverup, the neocons, have been doing this all along and raping entire countries using this abusive election fraud.
if you're found by them you're taken to a nazi germany style camp, and forced to rig the choicepoint program so all your friends won't vote either.

then they can always choose who will win an election, via the proven students and immigrants they use for tampering with elections and making them silent about e-voting.

its the war on drugs used for heinous fraud.

Let's Summarize this Day October 17th, 2006!

And Then They Laughed
By: Jane Hamsher

I really could not let the day pass without commemorating what a joyous moment this was for the Bush Administration today.

TBogg:

Torture.
Secret prisons.
Hearsay evidence.
No habeas petitions.
Kangaroo courts.
Star chambers.

If you look real close you can almost see the erections.

Digby:

Today President Bush took the constitution and tore it into little pieces.

[]

I don't ever want to hear anyone on the right talk about moral values again. They are concepts which they clearly do not understand. And if they dare to bring up the Bible or Jesus Christ after this I will laugh in their faces, knowing that by their own standards they are going straight to hell for what they've done.

I wish I had something more constructive to say other than that I despair for a country and that I really need to believe that this is the low point and things are going to get better from here, but I got nothin'.

Anon@7:39p. Do you know if they would do mock elections in the regular public schools (a week before the actual election) to get a "feel or poll" on how their parents might vote? Usually this might be done after the kids are influenced by a certain 'weekly' publication. Kids would go home innocently trying to influence their parents. I bet it works more then you think. Anything to get those votes close in percentage points. That is the ideal range, right?

Yep, they had quite a racket going on...I bet they still do in other areas that are private "institutions". Probably get all sorts of federal grants, tax breaks, graft, pay-offs and get to torture/molest innocent victims. Evil and sick.

Abusive, satanic and sick in every degree you can imagine.

Leroy Brown and Jeff Fisher weren't the only ones to witness it. There were dozens of others, and that's why the neocons are so desperate to bury the stories.

That cynical, evil, vile election fraud coverups can not continue. Its time the coverup is ended once and for all.

First of all the original famous quotation paraphrased was from Abbie Hoffman, in effect the COINTELPRO fake left wing gatekeeper. "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." Golly but pattern analysis and linguistic trace back is so interesting, especially with the time saving advantages of search engines over hours of library time. So you asked the question "What's on your mind, Justice Bloggers?"

Okay it is very simple; “We the People,” can get to the truth of the matter in small things and in the big picture, faster than anyone in positions of power can lie about it. In the court of public opinion is public perjury a way of life for politics? Do government officials no longer think of themselves as "public servants?"

Listen here and now, when you really do some public service, are there too many officials who can make decisions to usurp it?

Hey folks, obey the Constitution, and you cannot go wrong. Make pretexts not to do so as DHS Chertoff did recently, and you face the potential for his dismal future. He would label “We the People,” when we know more about the issue living in a world seeking truth than he is permitted to claim he knows. Are we living in a worst case scenario while many of us know the better case scenarios and the entire structure of how scenarios are written? We do not deserve techno-feudalism in the presence of a far better knowledge.

How anyone in the current government can live with themselves having to juggle two versions of reality, public lies and actuality is beyond me. Is government backing itself into a corner, lacking even half truths to support its case? Has zero credibility finally become a way of life when the demand is people look at nothing? Is their refuge to distract us with ad homonym imitation replies while taking our most cherished values and making them proofs for the opposite? Is genuine public service expediently possible in today’s climate of pretext? All the right words are out there, it only remains to repeat them for our times.
