Can't wait for the committee to ask for testimonies of Rep Shelley Moore Capito and Rep. Dale Kildee and why these two were singled out of not being informed of Foley's emails....

Good late afternoon JB's,

Not supposed to judge by appearances, I know-but guys like him always look like that-ya gotta fight 'em for the mirror heehee

Today I did a talk with young soldier in a college philosophy class the movie we watched was "no sir, no sir" pretty good film. Shows the great need for ongoing cultural sensitivity training for Americans.

It needs to be taught, just like ethics-was Shimkus a business major? Maybe that wasn't a required class hehe

That is interesting comment SPB, me too

jsnf-a slow steady stream should do them in, the kind attention the media should give hopefully-the college set seems to be more concerned than they were two years ago

Accuracy in media

Republican Gays are Closeted Dems

The mystery man at the center of the scandal, Jeff Trandahl, is supposed to be a "lifelong Republican" who is gay. But Trandahl, who supervised the congressional page program as House clerk and knew about the controversial Foley emails many years ago, has a strange way of showing his Republicanism. A search of Federal Election Commission (FEC) records over the last six years shows no financial contributions to the Republican Party or Republican candidates. Instead, Trandahl in 2000 gave $1,200 to the Gay and Lesbian Victory Fund, which gives over 80 percent of its political campaign money to Democrats.

I am on John Kerry email distribution list. So, Kerry did say via email that he was planning to write to Congress regarding paper ballots. But, I had no idea how many organizations would participate in this. After Kerry lost to the Gerbil, he has demanded an investigation into Ohio voting rigging and discuss the future protection of voter's rights in all states. The MSM never giving Kerry that recognition.

Foley Emails to Jeb: I'm "Getting the Shaft" from Dubya

E-mails from former U.S. Rep. Mark Foley to Gov. Jeb Bush reveal that Foley feared two years ago the White House was shunning him, and he called on the governor, President Bush's brother, to intercede.

Foley wrote to Gov. Bush on Sept. 29, 2004: "Have I done something to offend the White House ... I am always getting the shaft ... they came to ft pierce a few weeks ago and said I was not allowed to attend ... yet joe negron is there ...

But I'm not so sure it cancel's out whatever Rove is planning to release. At this point, it needs to be something very big.

I breathe easier with every passing day, but won't fully rest until the day the next GJ expires and Fitz has make an announcement about the status of the investigation.

Here's the Report from The Nation..

The Coming Gay Republican Purge!

Immediately after the Mark Foley scandal broke, some anti-Republican gay-rights activists composed a memo containing the names of closeted gay Republican Congressional staffers and sent it to leading Christian-right advocacy groups. The founder and chairman of one of those groups, the Rev. Don Wildmon of the American Family Association, told me he has received that memo, which he referred to simply as "The List."

Oh, Oh! Bad news for the Gerbil and the poodle:

British Army chief: ‘We must quit Iraq soon’

The head of the Army is calling for British troops to withdraw from Iraq “soon” or risk catastophic consequences for both Iraq and British society.
In a devastating broadside at Tony Blair’s foreign policy, General Sir Richard Dannatt stated explicitly that the continuing presence of British troops “exacerbates the security problems” in Iraq.

SBP said he has demanded an investigation into Ohio voting rigging

Yes, msm never gave him credit-nor did he demand it- but timing? He was informed about the problems when it actually happened-John Edwards, on the other hand was jumping up and down about it until Kerry told him to heel. I know some campaign people who were there when Edwards got the call-he even told his audience he intended to fight it(this was when it all went down)
And that Brit general is great! He told it well

Hi Geffy yup koolaid all gone-dems making lemonade though not very sweet haha

Looking forward to seeing the Plame case heat up, I educate people on it when I can-but ya know they looked at me like that when I told them there were no wmd's in Oct 2002 also heehee they wouldn't know crazy if they saw it, cause gerbil is proof of that

T:

Yes, Edwards too wanted an investigation. Kerry wasn't just the only person who spearheaded an investigation. There were other Democrats who wanted an investigation in Ohio as well as the other states. I was just pointing out that Kerry notified everyone of the people on his distribution list after his lost to the Gerbil that he was still continue to demand for an investigation. And at the time, there was too much MSM spin on how Kerry lost in the election to the Gerbil. I had emailed Mr. Kerry in the past about the status of what Ohio rigging investigation. So, there are have been little bit of followup from him on that issue since there is so many other important issues that are on the table. As far as Edwards, Mr. Edwards has turned to his passion more for the fight against poverty. So, I received from him as well as his wife Elizabeth about his concerns for poverty and other issues that people are concern about. Ohio, Florida and other states that involved voting rigging or people not being able to vote still becomes a main issue in surface. Hopefully with the change of guards that this issue will be on the table for Congress to do a full investigation. My main concern are for people who rights to vote are being taken away and being disenfranchised.

Walking Eagle

President Bush was invited to address a major gathering of the American Indian Nation last weekend in Arizona. He spoke for almost an hour on his future plans for increasing every Native American's present standard of living. He referred to his career as Governor of Texas, how he had signed "YES" 1,237 times - for every Indian issue that came to his desk for approval.

Although the President was vague on the details of his plan, he seemed most enthusiastic about his future ideas for helping his "red brothers".

At the conclusion of his speech, the Tribes presented the President with a plaque inscribed with his new Indian name - Walking Eagle. The proud President then departed in his motorcade, waving to the crowds.

A news reporter later inquired to the group of chiefs of how they come to select the new name given to the President.

They explained that Walking Eagle is the name given to a bird so full of shit it can no longer fly.

yeah uh huh sure! Helping them like Abramoff did? I can even be offended he said that since I can claim that ancestory also.

Yes SPB Edwards and his wife would have been an excellent choice. They are good about keeping Ohio informed about poverty-Cleve has a 30% poverty rate. She has spoken out on behalf of military families like a real fighter.

Things are really heating up in the political stuff, the dems that are fighters aren't getting nearly enough play in the media-geez they are still so lame.
