I Am So Happy...

that Christopher Hitchens has finally solved this confusing Plame case for me! I am going to immediately drop all charges against Scooter Libby - cease and desist any further investigations - close up shop in D.C. - and go golfing!

Except...Scooter's conviction is a done deal since he did commit perjury and engage in obstruction of justice by testifying untruthfully to a grand jury and federal agents stating he learned about Ms. Wilson’s role at the agency from reporters rather than from several officials, including Mr. Cheney. Drats! Back to work.

Par for the course...early in the week and already a couple more big bogies for the MSM - First, way way out of bounds with the John Mark Karr Death Liar story - and yet, once again, shanking right they have fallen for the sand trap of SPIN - dutifully swallowing and reporting fertilizer as fact.

As for the CIA leak case all I have to say is pass the pop corn this movie is getting good. If this case were as simple as a innocent mistake why did everyone lie? The twist and turns this case has had looks more like using innocent people to spread the lies of the White House team. The grapevine is the fasted way to get the information out there.
Have a great day all.

BINGO!!

As I said before, the Neo-Conjobs are throwing Fitzgerald chum to distract him from the real Traitors in High Office...

Perhaps Fitz will ignore the chum and will eventually chomp down on the leg of Ambien or Gerbil himself...

The Neo-GOP Party is crumbling and the ceiling is collapsing on them....

The I.D.S Fitzgerald is getting closer! I can see the smoke stacks and the bow of the ship now! :)

Question of the day is...

Who will break first and whistleblow on the whole scam ?

Rummy or Condi ?

Perhaps maybe someone else ??

Patrick Fitzgerald has never been distracted by "chum" in getting to the bottom of the leak. He has been focused on the trail leading to the big fish since the beginning. He is an evil-doers worst courtroom nightmare.

Faux Govt Controlled Nonsense Reality!

Fox News’ rating tank

By: Steve @ 5:35 AM - PDT

Alex Koppelman reports the encouraging news.

Somewhere, Keith Olbermann is sticking pins in a Bill O’Reilly voodoo doll: Fox News’ ratings, TVNewser reports, are down since August of last year. Like, way down. Like down 28 percent in primetime among all viewers, down 20 percent in primetime in the "money demo" (viewers aged 25-54) and down 7 percent in daytime viewership overall. In fact, the only place Fox is up is during the day, when they managed a ratings increase of just 2 percent, and even then only in the money demo.

And lest you think this is an industry-wide trend, consider this: over the same time period, CNN and MSNBC are up. CNN’s up 35 percent during the day — 46 percent in the money demo — and up 21 percent in primetime overall, 25 percent in the money demo. MSNBC’s ratings increases aren’t quite as impressive — up 6 percent in primetime overall, 8 percent in the money demo, and up 36 percent in the money demo during the day, 26 percent overall.

Okay, I suggest it was Colonel Mustard (Rove) with the direction of Mr. Green (Cheney) aided by Professor Plum (Libby) in LEAKING Mrs. Peacock's (Plame's) identity as a CIA agent to Pinnochio (Novak) in the Conservatory (White House) using the Lead Pipe...

Thereafter, the fast-thinking Colonel Mustard (Rove)offered up to the press Eddie Haskell, (Armitage) as the primary leaker...

It is surmised that the stranger on the street was perhaps PJF's cousin, Mortimer Brewster, who in a fit of righteous disbelief spilled his guts out to the (much-despised-by-MSM for outscooping them on the poop) reporter, Jimmy Olsen, (Leopold)who is still on the trail of the crooks and liars...

Working secretly and quietly in the background our favorite detective, Inspector Jacques Clouseau (FBI agents)have amassed tons of testimony on this tangled-web of deceit for our most favorite lawman, Eliot Ness (Fitzgerald) to wade through, connect the dots, work his chess game to ultimately get his men...

Just love me a mystery...

I would suspect that the gerbil and ambien could be tried for treason by the Military but they'd have to get over the evildoer money barons controlling the pentagon.

When sound judgement and morality overtakes the 5 star generals' greed impulses then it'll happen.

Or else they can kiss their America away right now and join the Chinese or Russian Army...

Lest they be killed after we're invaded!

According to military law there is little argument that they can be-and it is preferable for the state guard jags to do this.
I would bet everything on this-in fact I might be...I believe in me heart the majority of jags will choose their country. If not, know anybody needing a roomate in Canada or New Zealand?

First of all you said "get a life" and I responded with I have one and named my profession. Hardly a life story.

Secondly, you are prone to hyperbole considering I never called anyone out for grammatical errors except this one time. I hope you people are better at the law than you are in debating.

So far with the dearth of visible legal action going on from Fitz' office I am wondering about the second point.

As a lawyer I think you have heard the expression, the devil is in the details. Wearing pants in a coutroom may be irrelevent to your argument but you might find the jury distracted. And anything that distracts from your argument (including grammar) defeats your cause.

In 2005, the CEOs of the largest 15 oil companies averaged $32.7 million in compensation, compared with $11.6 million for all large U.S. firms...

When both sides of the isle are benefitting from Big Oil you tend to shut up about such things...

Hello everyone,

Very busy day for me.. I am only on the blog for a short period of time.. Here is my thoughts on the Armitage's confessions to being Novak's first source in the leak case. Again, the media is asleep at the wheel. Always two step backwards from the bloggers and blogsites. It doesn't matter who was the source of whom, who first leak Plame's name, how many sources each reporter had, who blabbed to whom, and so on. The bottom line is this whole case from the get go is a WH conspiracy to discredit Wilson because of his outspokeness of the Gerbil's "16 words" and his findings in Niger and who was actually the main orchestrator/orchestrators to plot this revenge on Joe Wilson.. So, what Armitage is Novak's source.. Armitage is the one so far that has gone to Fitzgerald from the get go.. It doesn't excuse what he did to the Wilson and leaking classified information.. but the main orchestrator/orchestrators knew who can get blab and get out the Plame's name to the reporter. The main player/players knew each staff member and had those people go out and blab to the reporters.. What the media is missing on the boat on is the perfect stranger that Novak spoke with. Even though the media wouldn't find that bit of info a big deal, that perfect stranger happened to be friend of Joe Wilson. And the 3 knuckleheads: Rove, Libby, and Cheney have no clue to what the Wilsons have in store for them in the civil case.. The GOP may try to dismiss the leak case and use Armitage as an escape goat.. But, this the same media that jump to the wrong conclusions about Kerr in the Jon Benet case.. Would I ride my nickel on the media on this spin? No! I would bet the farm that the media will have eggs on their faces when Fitz convicts the smurf snd concludes his case next year.. And I for one would want to give the media a good swift in the ass with a boot an kick all of them to the curb when this case is over for not paying attention to the case better and not having the complete faith in Fitz to let him do his job!

Maybe the Gerbil can take lessons from former President Carter:

Former President Jimmy Carter has expressed his willingness to meet with former Iranian President Mohammad Khatami after Iranians indicated their desire for such a meeting.
