Moussaoui was not the only person who knew 9/11 was coming, Larry Silverstein did, too.

Yes, he closed the deal 6 weeks before the attack, and he insured them against terrorists attacks, and he "pulled" WTC building 7.
So the thermite was planted prior to 9/11.

Moussaoui is a poor pathetic wannabe and the jury saw through his act. He is very sick obviously. In my opinion, there wasn't much chance he was even involved in Bush's 9/11 plot.
He might have made it into this year's October surprise if he wasn't arrested. Wonder who they're going to replace him with?

I just hope that the sentencing of Moussaoui is not just to relieve the 9/11 victims and families of their pain. There are still unanswered questions especially the M.I.A. Osama Bin Laden which of whom the Gerbil has programmed to the American people's mind and heart. That is man whom Mr. Gerbil claimed that attacked this country and was supposed to concentrate in capturing him from the get go!!! Rather Moussaoui gotten life or death, fact remains is that 9/11 victims and families will be still left with unanswered questions and a missing terrorist (Bin Laden) that we still can't find!
OBL is probably living happily at Langley and trotted out for needed photo ops. How can they not find a 6'7" Arab pulling around a portable dialysis machine?
The death penalty for Moussaoui (who is obviously insane) would only have been relevant if we found George Bush guilty for all the deaths he is responsible for as well.
We have chosen to not find OBL. It serves someone's purpose that he remain among the missing.

The government is scrambling like hell to keep informaton from getting to the public surrounding this trial. Why? are they hiding anything? Yeah, lots.
All it's going to take is a phoney "bird flu" made airborne and delivered by the military to disrupt the society right around the 2006 elections and the probable impeachment and then will have martial law, and Good old George W and his bible for the duration.
And then, all will be revealed, and George and pardon whom he pleases and who have helped him take over the country and turned it into a police state.

That is true. Why is the Gerbil diverted all this attention on Moussaoui?? It is get people's minds off of the person that the Gerbil said that we were going after to capture: OBL! And notice that the Gerbil once again is on the soap box to promote birdflu. Let's not forget about Rummy making 5 million from the company that is making birdflu vaccine. All of these diversions by the Gerbil Administration that wants keep the American people programmed and medicated to the fact that the Gerbil Administration is as wonderful as a Hostess Twinkie. But in reality, they don't want to give you the truth of their hidden agenda, why we went to Iraq, the hush money, back door meetings, poltical favors, and all the connections with 9/11, Iraq, Enron case, leak case, Hookergate, and so on. I don't do rumors. I dig for the facts independently. I'm innately skeptical. But those towers went down to controlled demolition and Mr. Patrick here is a math major and knows about the acceleration due to gravity.
That *alone* should tell him the WTC 1,2, and 7 went down due to a controlled demolition.

Foster owns a company called Pentech, which is represented in Washington by former Rep. Bill Lowery, whose lobbying firm also represented a company owned by Brent Wilkes.
Here's what I've learned about Pentech and Foster: the firm received a series of small Pentagon contracts worth a total of $2.3 million between 1994 and 1998. Those buildings were "powered down" on Sept 10 for 4 hours. No security cameras- "engineers" walking in and out.
Yes Silverstein knew. I have little faith in the Moussaour trial-rings just like the guy in OH they arrested for being a terrorist-he was going to "bring down" the Brooklyn bridge with a hack saw or some such nonsense. He had long term mental illness (heard voices, ect) and they got him to "confess". Something about these two cases that just don't make sense.
November election will be interesting because the GOP may have sealed their fate in November elections. From Thinkprogress., the lobbying reform bill is a sham:
"A Republican-backed lobbying overhaul bill narrowly survived Thursday, averting what would have been a stunning blow to the party's drive to repair the scandal-tarnished reputation of Congress before the fall elections.
The 216-207 House vote to advance debate on the bill came after GOP leaders spent hours urging their own members not to abandon them on the legislation."
This is what was missing from the bill:
-Weak Earmark Reform: The bill would “require appropriations bills to identify the lawmakers responsible for each spending earmark.”
-No Restrictions on Lavish Gifts: The bill would “leave the current gift limits unchanged.”
-No Ban on Free Exotic Trips: The bill would not permanently ban privately-funded trips for lawmakers, but would suspend them until Dec. 15, at which point the temporary suspension could be lifted without any direct vote occurring.
-No Increase in Lobbyist Transparency: The bill “so narrowly defines what qualifies as a fundraising event for a member of Congress that it will be easy to design campaign fundraisers that do not meet the definition, and therefore will not have to be disclosed.” Under this bill, lobbyists could continue to pay $25,000 or $50,000 for a fundraiser, with no oversight.
-No Ethics Training for Members: The bill calls for mandatory ethics training for all congressional staff, but not for members

I have been keeping a close eye on Fitz's case of Gov. Ryan. Now, the focus is now on Federal Prosecutor Edward McNally and on an ethics investigation:

Based on McNally's interest in the law firm, he owed LaSalle Bank more than $500,000 because of a loan to Altheimer, according to a formula in court documents.

You don't need to read about any conspiracy "theories." Just look at some of the videos of the WTC buildings doing down.
The event speaks for itself.
ALL OTHER NONSENSE ASIDE, someone planted thermite in those buildings BEFORE the planes hit, and I doubt OSHA would have approved had they knew.

My theory on the Thermite planted in the WTC,s is this:
FEMA saw beforehand that IF a plane hit the towers ,that the towers MIGHT be knocked down in a slanted fall causing massive causlties on ground as well. so, FEMA suggested that thermites be placed in the towers JUST IN CASE, that way , if the towers seemed to be near falling, the thermites would trigger, causing the towers to come straight down , instead of falling sideways.

I think dead (and crazy) men tell no tales...any engineer will tell you, No Way those buildings fell-simply from being hit by a plane.
It is truly insulting to the intelligence. I guess if I forgot I studied forensics and investigation and all the engineers forgot what they learned, whoever did it will get away with it.
I hope not-this is much more obvious than any other "conspiracy theory".

I think that many of the bloggers are confused about Fitzgerald's title and duties. Fitzgerald's title is a U.S. Attorney in Illnois. He has over 300 staff members that is under his umbrella. But, keep in mind that he delegates work to other staff members. His position is ort of like a corporate organization chart without a CEO, VP, etc. Now, what is different in his position, even though he is the U.S. Attorney, he delegates to different tasks to different people for certain cases but his entire office works together as a team and unison for a common goal. Fitzgerald is not a long ranger Attorney or Superman. Now his position as Special Prosecutor or Special Counsel is for a certain high profile case in which he is in charge of: CIA Leak case. Teak, Fitzgerald has a alot of attorneys, agents, FBI, staff members to his office, etc, that are working on the leak case. Yes, he works long hours and juggles many cases. But, this case is important to him emotionally and personally because this case affected the American people. And this is differcult case because he is bringing down a corrupted WH Administration and President. That is why he makes sure that dots his "Is" and crosses his "T's" for any indictments for any WH top official. Yes,Fitz is passed new important imformation on any of his cases. Also, Fitz passes information to the fellow bloggers that ahas been made public. Other information that is sealed by the court Fitz will not disclosed.

So, whoever is the practical jokester in the Fitz lab who is running this blog, kindly pass along the message to the rest of the staff: Unless you get a team of investigators looking at 9/11, and nevermind ANYTHING ELSE, Just LOOK at the controlled demolitions of the WTC, we are ALL gonna pay the piper here, and the mushroom clouds won't be sent to us from the Arabs.

Anyone coming here would think they just found the nutbucket express. First of all, none of this can be properly investigated in any official capacity until BushCo is removed.

We must also be very careful. Bush has demonstrated that he already identified 750 laws passed by Congress that he can just ignore as he pleases. The rule of law doesn't matter to him, and while that might not have much of an effect on the nation if he were just a cokehead shoplifter, its implications for world stability are enormous.
I honestly believe that despite our best efforts, we will not have a free and fair election this year. Bush has no incentive to allow one. And he has every incentive to make sure it doesn't happen.

Kathleen then where is the thermite physical evidence aside from the fact of the burned steel photo images or the unusual fallings? Small cutting charges of plastique would do same. So why thermite as you insist on?
Detractors will forever say that the some of photos of chemical cut girders were the result of the days of hot fire in the rubble as they claim the steel failed from the jet fuel fires. Without chemical traces does not this also fall under postulation? There are mettalurgists now claiming that the steel did reach a critical weakening point from the normal temperatures the fuel fires and this has become the counter similar to "global warming not proven" that is espoused by oil industry paid scientists.
The physical evidence of 3 of the planes surrpassing their programmed flight parameters is well documented in video tapes and radar reported flight paths.
That is the most eyeopening evidence that I've come across and the testimonies of seasoned pilots back it up without comparison. To ignore such anomalies is missing the who and how possibilities.

The sudden crushing drop of altitude, the acute turn and the pin point hit on the Pentagon created g-force levels came close to snapping the wings off "IF" this was caused by an airliner...the planes cannot do this unless their pre programmed software is overridden and this override is only used in emergency situations. These complex commands to flight controls were done so quickly and exactly are claimed to be near humanly impossible by men who fly these same indentical aircraft.
No I won't overlook this as unprovable and focus on steel evidence that is all gone and recycled overseas...sorry.

All that the police officers found of the driver was a finger, a nose, and one foot, the rest 'disappeared' in the explosion. If there is not enough 'debris' of a dead body, was there a death?
