Last But Not Least...
I think it is only fitting that Rep. "Mean" Jean Schmidt, Queen of the Chickenhawks receive my first annual 'Turkey of the Year Award.' Granted she retracted her statement slandering Rep. Jack Murtha, but she is still whining and complaining about it which tells me her apology was disingenuine.
Judging by her words yesterday -- the first after avoiding the public for three days -- Schmidt doesn't understand what the fuss is about, and sees herself more as victim than villain. "I am amazed at what a national story this has become," she said in a statement. "I have been attacked very personally, continuously since Friday evening."
Click the image, print it out and let the kids color it en route to Grandma's for Thanksgiving. Share with them the lessons about respecting other people's opinions, name calling and saying sorry.

I am out the door, looking forward to a day off with friends and family. Cheers!

There are those that are unable to see when they are wrong.
Unfortunately the majority of them happen to be on the right, in power in the Senate, in the House and the Big House -- that White one on Pennsylvania Ave.
The arrogance of the office, the right -- what happened to common courtesy, decency and being just, well, a little humble?
Note to Republicans [notably the ones referenced at the Big Oval]: leave the Hubris at home.
We Americans, are sick of you chest beating, brow beating, the verbal abuse and moral abuse of power of Commander in Chief, which just bleeds across the party which you represent.
PJF -- we need a little Merry Fitzmas around now ....
!!!
That's cold, Fitz! Well, you called a spade a spade. It serves her right when she talked trash about Murtha. Cheers!
She doesn't understand what she did wrong isn't that what the rest of this Administration thinks. Nice drawing of the turkey Fitz. My youngest daughter is in the army so I don't think she will want to color pictures anymore but I will send it to her for a laugh.
I'm off to see Harry Potter this weekend. Fitz have fun with friends and family hear from you when you get back.
Dang Ah'd like tuh nail that.
Looks like she is ready to lay another rotten egg.
