Question Of The Day..?

Is President Bush an idiot?

id·i·ot
n.

1. A foolish or stupid person.
2. A person of profound mental retardation having a mental age below three years and generally being unable to learn connected speech or guard against common dangers. The term belongs to a classification system no longer in use and is now considered offensive.

YES! And between you and me he is also an agent of Mossad and a 2nd cousin to Jeff Fisher, Roger Rantcourt and Slingblade.

Actually, isn't Bush more of a moron?
Definition: 1. a mentally retarded person who has a potential mental age of between 8 and 12 years and is capable of doing routine work (cutting brush) under supervision (Cheney, Rumsfield).
    2. a very stupid person

It is very hard to understand why this person is president.

  3. There more words in the dictionary that describe the Gerbil.

An idiot, a moron, and stupid can be description. So are others that come to mind:

    Main Entry: knuck•le•head
    Pronunciation: -"hed
    Function: noun
    : DUMBBELL 2

    Main Entry: Nim•rod
    Pronunciation: 'nim-"räd
    Function: noun
    Etymology: Hebrew NimrOdh
3 not capitalized, slang : IDIOT, JERK

asswipe: An idiot or seemingly stupid individual. or someone who is just being an a**hole.

    And so on....

And Rummy? I would fit him into this description:

    Main Entry: nursing home
    Function: noun
: a privately operated establishment providing maintenance and personal or nursing care for persons (as the aged or the chronically ill) who are unable to care for themselves properly

And Rummy surely needs some care. It is time for Rummy to go!

I can tell you my friends, that he knows EXACTLY what he is doing.....

Lots of people said the same things about this German 'idiot' in the 1930's.....

A woman passenger has been arrested after a flight from London to Washington was diverted to Boston because of an on-board disturbance.

Transport officials said the woman, who is about 60 years old, was held in connection with a reported confrontation with the flight crew.

She was carrying hand cream - a banned item - and matches on board the United Airlines flight.

The aircraft was escorted into Logan airport by two jet fighters.

Reports that the woman was carrying a screwdriver and a note referring to al-Qaeda have been denied.

Security officials checked every item of luggage from the plane with sniffer dogs.

"I think the real idiots are the people who think mr. Bush is an idiot."

Exactly. I have watched the liberal left gnash their teeth for the last five years and they have not been able to displace this so called "idiot" one iota. The very fact that the left calls Bushco et al idiots shows why they cannot win because when you belittle your opponent or underestimate their position then you cannot possibly put together the tactics necessary to advance your cause.

It reminds me of my kids when faced with a challenge and when they get frustrated say, "it's stupid."

The left is not stupid but it is kidding itself if it believes that Bush is stupid or that the ones around him are stupid. You may not agree with what they are doing but they are doing it with impunity and calling them "stupid" will not deter them. It also alientates the Bush supporters because it says that they are stupid as well. And those people are the ones the liberals need to assist in displacing the neocons.

If half the country is stupid and that half controls everything then what good is intelligence?

I'd say the real idiots are Gore and Kerry who thought they could beat George in a Presidential race. The real idiots are the Democrats that have been lead around by their noses by Bush for the last 6 years. The real idiots are stupid Fitz bloggers who have been clinging onto promises of target letters, indictments and black days for Neocons with no results. 30. Folks,

    In other news:

Attorney General: Terrorists are in our neighborhoods

The most dramatic change," said Gonzales, "is the nature of the enemy our country today faces -- a stateless enemy sometimes hidden and nurtured here in our neighborhoods, taking advantage of the very laws they mock with their killing and destruction, as a shield from detection and prosecution."

I wonder if I can ask Gonzo to prosecute my neighbor's cat because that cat has been terrorizing my front yard and my plants!

    Not good for Bob Ney!

Former Ney Aide Continues to Cooperate

Federal prosecutors working the Jack Abramoff case are continuing to piece together their case against Rep. Bob Ney (R-OH).

The judge agreed to postpone the status conference to November 2nd. In the meantime, Volz will be working with prosecutors to help them build their case against Ney and possibly other lawmakers.

Guess it's safe to say the gloves - and perhaps the rubber sheets - are off in the governor's race.

Democrats took after GOP running mate Janet Rowland for comments she made equating homosexuality with bestiality, reports Lynn Bartels.

Rowland's comments on gays came in March, during Colorado State of Mind, Rocky Mountain PBS' public affairs show, during a discussion on gay marriage.
"Homosexuality is an alternative lifestyle. That doesn't make it a marriage." Rowland said.
"For some, bestiality is an alternative lifestyle. Do we allow a man to marry a sheep? At some point, we have to draw a line," she said.

Now she says she regrets saying that.

Michael Huttner, director of the liberal ProgressNow.org, sugested GOP gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez drop Rowland from the ticket.

That prompted Beauprez campaign manager John Marshall to call Progress Now "bed-wetting, pampered liberals."

Apparently tree-huggers just doesn't resonate as much these days.

    READER COMMENTS

The likeliest origin of HIV in humans is the results of a 1950s experiment with polio vaccines in the Congo. The vaccine was cultured in chimanzee liver tissue. The earliest (not the first discovered) case of HIV infection turned out to be in the Congo...in a heterosexual male, whose blood was sampled in 1959. It wasn't until after the homophobic madness of the 1980s that this was discovered, by re-testing the samples. RawStory.

Amazing, considering Scooter's book...the pedophiles in the Catholic Church, D.C., all around the country and world with the sex slave trade no one dares mention. What B.S. for this woman to say, especially in Colorado....home of such evil as Columbine cover-up and now JonBenet's killer/rapist/abuser sudden arrest. I hope this is the real deal because America and the world are not buying the b.s. anymore, especially when it comes to kids! Not even it is Poppy or the Pope!

Bush also voiced frustration at the Iraqi people's lack of appreciation of the US sacrifices in their country, noting especially an huge anti-American and pro-Hezbollah rally held in Baghdad recently.

These seem like legitimate questions to me; the British authorities have produced no evidence so far. If the only evidence they have was from torturing someone in Pakistan, then they have nothing that can stand up in anything like a court. I wonder if this story is going to get more interesting. I wonder if Lieberman’s defeat, the resilience of Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the emergence of a Hezbollah-style government in Iraq had any bearing on the decision by Bush and Blair to pre-empt the British police and order this alleged plot disabled. I wish I didn’t find these questions popping into my head. But the alternative is to trust the Bush administration.

Been there. Done that. Learned my lesson.

I haven't voted presidential since Clinton. I used to be a Republican awhile back tho and had voted for Reagan before Clinton.

But I switched about 3 years ago to Independent!

    T,

I heard that the "American Party" is making real headway in the American psyche...

    http://www.theamericanparty.org/

    About the American Party?

    Hear ye! Hear ye!
American Party National Committee Meeting September 21 - 23 in Salt Lake City at the Holiday Inn Express, 4465 Century Dr, Murray, UT 84123! Special American Party rate of $59 single or double occupancy! Make reservations @ 801-268-2533 by September 7th to receive this special American Party rate! The Executive Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 21 @ 7:00 PM! The National Committee Meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 22nd and Saturday, September 23rd!
"Federal aid to anything is like giving your left arm a transfusion from your right arm through a leaky tube and calling yourself enriched!" Thomas Jefferson Anderson, American Party Candidate for Vice-President in 1972, for President in 1976 and National Chairman for most of the 1970's!
Did you know that George Bush is spending 18% more than Bill Clinton on social programs? Is this an example of "compassionate conservatism"?
Did you know that seven out of the nine current members of the Supreme Court were appointed by Republican Presidents? Why should we believe that Harvard trained nominee John Roberts should be more faithful to the Constitution?
Congress has passed CAFTA (Central American Free Trade Agreement) after huge arm-twisting by the Bush Administration! The Republican Party passed it since most Democrats voted against it! Hooray for the Democrats for their loyalty to Americans on this vital issue of betrayal of their constituents! The main reason that CAFTA was passed was to pave the way for passage of FTAA (Free Trade Area of the Americas, the next two steps after NAFTA and GATT-WTO on the road to world government)! Passage of FTAA would abolish all borders in the Americas and would duplicate the European Union in the Americas! Did you know that the European Union was established by remote control by the U. S. and more specifically by George Catlett Marshall who was in cahoots with the wealthy French socialist Jean Monet! For documentation on this and info on acquiring a wonderful speech and history lesson on audiocassette on this subject, call us at 1-800-456-VOTE (8683)!
    Let's kick the rascals out!
The issue is U. S. sovereignty, not free trade! We must be captains of our own ship!
NAFTA Chapter 11 set up international tribunals which have already heard two challenges of decisions by U.S. courts!
    Do NOT replace the Constitution!
    Do NOT expand NAFTA!
    No EU for the Americas!
    Keep Our Jobs Here!
    NO steel from China!
The establishment plans to sneak FTAA through by the lame duck Congress!
Oppose NAFTA, CAFTA and FTAA with your representative and senators and only vote for candidates who agree!
    Put the Heat on Congress!
    They'll see the light!
GET THE US OUT OF THE UN!

RESTORE THE RIGHTS OF THE PANAMA CANAL BACK TO THE US!
    "Vote American For A Change!"
"In Your Heart You Know We're Right!"

"A-M-E-R-I-C-A-N P-A-R-T-Y Spells Relief!" - Evg. Elmer Vaughan
"If the American Party had only 10% of the funds that Democrats and Republicans have, we would be a force to be reckoned with!" - 1984 and 1988 American Party Presidential Candidate Delmar Dennis
The American Party now more than ever!
    America needs the American Party!

Travis Johnson is just the type of voter the Democratic Party hopes to win back in its effort to gain control of Congress in the November election.

Baking in the sun at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the 23-year-old Danville, Illinois, resident wears a black T-shirt sporting NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson's face. The fan looks like the epitome of the young, white, socially conservative, working-class voters who have been key backers of Republicans in the last decade.

But with U.S. soldiers dying in Iraq, war raging in the Middle East and gasoline prices soaring, he is not sure how he will vote.

"For the most part, I'm a toss-up. I'm not dedicated to either party," Johnson said earlier this month as he and 270,000 other fans waited for the start of the Allstate 400 race organized by NASCAR, the official body for stock-car racing.

Better catch up NASCAR fans, get into reality. You've been manipulated and used (probably laughed about too)

    Breaking News from the AP:

DETROIT - A federal judge ruled Thursday that the government's warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional and ordered an immediate halt to it.

U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit became the first judge to strike down the National Security Agency's program, which she says violates the rights to free speech and privacy.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed the lawsuit on behalf of journalists, scholars and lawyers who say the program has made it difficult for them to do their jobs.

The government argued that the program is well within the president's authority, but said proving that would require revealing state secrets.

The ACLU said the state-secrets argument was irrelevant because the Bush administration already had publicly revealed enough information about the program for Taylor to rule.

    Bush Pardons 17 Minor Criminals

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush pardoned 17 minor criminals Wednesday. Most weren't even sentenced to prison. The longest sentence any of the 17 received was five years behind bars.
Bush has now issued 99 pardons and sentence commutations during five years and seven months in office, mainly to clear the name of people who committed relatively minor offenses and served their sentences long ago.
He remains the stingiest of postwar presidents in this regard. By comparison, Bill Clinton issued 457 in eight years in office; Bush's father, George H. W. Bush, issued 77 in four years in office; Ronald Reagan issued 406 in eight years, and Jimmy Carter issued 563 in four years. Since World War II, the largest number of pardons and commutations - 2,031 - was issued by Harry S. Truman, who served 82 days short of eight years.

    From Thinkprogress:

While the deficit and poll ratings are in the toilet, the Gerbil strikes a pose like Madonna:

    President Bush goes hog wild.

While at a Harley-Davidson plant in Pennsylvania today, Bush jumped on top of a motorcycle. After he was finished, “he ripped off blue-tinted safety glasses that he insisted made him look like rock star Bono and jokingly struck a pose intended to show a hip side.”

    And this spells trouble:

Rep. Peter King (R-NY) proposes ethnic and religious profiling.

“Declaring that airport screeners shouldn’t be hampered by ‘political correctness,’ House Homeland Security Chairman Peter King has endorsed requiring people of ‘Middle Eastern and South Asian’ descent to undergo additional security checks because of their ethnicity and religion.”

The number of roadside bombs planted in Iraq rose in July to the highest monthly total of the war, offering more evidence that the anti-American insurgency has continued to strengthen despite the killing of the terrorist leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

Along with a sharp increase in sectarian attacks, the number of daily strikes against American and Iraqi security forces has doubled since January. The deadliest means of attack, roadside bombs, made up much of that increase. In July, of 2,625 explosive devices, 1,666 exploded and 959 were discovered before they went off. In January, 1,454 bombs exploded or were found

In June, 2003, a journalist with Ha'aretz (Israel's most reputable newspaper), obtained detailed minutes of a meeting among top-level Palestinian leaders. According to the minutes, Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas told the others present about his talks with Bush in Aqaba, Jordan ....on June 4, 2003. Abbas recalled that he heard Bush say: "God told me to strike at al Qaida and I struck them, and then he instructed me to strike at Saddam, which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East.
