The police are just as bad, my home is hotwired by either my ex or the Nineteenth Judicial Court and I can't even use a computer in my own home. After countless reports of the 'tresspassing' and zero investigation, my attic is full of blood, the insulation appears as if someone was sleeping up there, the ductwork is ruined and the Gilberts police ruined my computers! Dear Governor Rendell, drug dealers and now illegal prostitution on and within the properties of Allegheny Housing Rehabilitation Corporation "Valley Royal Court Apartments" and Westmoreland County Housing Authority "Central Tower Apartments" New Kensington, PA 15068.
Governor the illegal drugs and prostitution has gotton worse, in Arnold and New Kensington, PA., since I ask you all to get security to stop these crimes.
Governor Rendell, I have sent letters to you, Allegheny Housing Rehabilitation Corporation, Westmoreland County Housing Authority, Arnold and New kensington, PA mayors, chiefs of police, council members, valley daily news, PA state attorney Tom Corbett, PA DEA, PA State police, PA senators, PA represenatives, United States President George Bush, United States senators, concerning security to stop these crimes.
Governor Rendell, you all better pray that you do get security to stop these crimes, because someday you all will be arrested and charged with allowing crimes against humanity. I have proff that you all recieved the letter below, telling you about this issue in Arnold and New kensington, PA.
United States Senator and President Elect Mr. Barack Obama, I am writing this to you also asking for your help concerning this letter. I have a lady friend that voted for you, and is hoping that you will do something for your people in Arnold and New kensington, PA., concerning the drug problems that is destroying your people. I have known this lady for many years and she is trying to get her life together but her poverty, despair and drug addiction is not allowing her and all others of addiction, from having their rights to their pursuit of happiness. I have written to you as United States Senator about the drug problems in Arnold and New Kensington, PA., and your office wrote back to me letting me know that your office would pass the letter to United States Senators for Pennsylvania, because these are the senators that are for these two towns.

Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich boorishly peddling Barack Obama’s Senate seat was ugly enough. But why did U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald act so soon, before the case was fully developed? As former top Department of Justice official Victoria Toensing noted, “The governor's maneuvering to sell the Senate seat most likely had not yet crossed the line to become criminal.”
The Attorney’s actions were very strange. Here you have an officer of the law - whose legal guidelines require that he not go beyond the specific public facts of the indictment - holding a colossal media conference telling the world Blagojevich was engaged “in a political corruption crime spree," that he "has taken us to a new low," that various of his actions were “appalling” (several times), and finally that his “conduct would make Lincoln roll over in his grave."
Victoria Toensing is a Republican tool, spouting the party line without much of an independent thought. She championed Scooter Libby throughout the trial.

ReplyDeleteI have great respect for you. I am not the only American citizen holding the belief that Barack Obama is not qualified to be president of the United States of America.
First of all, at birth he held dual citizenship which should automatically disqualify him from Potus. Then he was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather and became an Indonesian citizen. There is alot of information leading to the fact that he continued his Indonesian citizenship while in college. There is proof that he did not have a US passport until he was a US Senator. There are so many questionable issues that are in need further investigation. To have travelled to Indonesia in the 80's he would have had to renew his Indonesian passport and swear an oath to Indonesian government. All these actions if proven true disqualify him for the position of Potus.
Then lets discuss violation of the Logan act by going to Kenya as a senator and campaigning for his cousin Odinga for president of Kenya, he also raised campaign funds for him. Legally he cannot campaign for a person in another country.
There needs to be intense scrutiny of his dealings with Mr. Rezko and the purchase of Mr. Obama's home at a ridiculously low rate and ridiculously low property taxes for his property. Another investigation should involve Mrs. Obama and the fact that her husband did some favors for the hospital she worked for and suddenly her salary triples. What the heck.
The Supreme Court has denied case after case. I feel an ethic violation should be filed against Chief Justice Roberts for meeting privately with Mr. Obama twice before the inaugeration. Chief Justice Roberts had and still has cases waiting for conference regarding Mr. Obama's eligibility and meeting with him privately is a conflict of interest and an ethics concern.
The constitution of the United States makes our country the great nation that it is. We the American people need proof that Mr. Obama is eligible to hold the most powerful political position in the United States. There is a way to do a grand jury first and you could be the special prosecutor to call it. Then you can proceed. All federal employees swear to uphold the constitution of the United States and protect it, but we certainly are not seeing it in regards to Mr. Obama's eligibility to be Potus and other questionable issues that occured while he was a senator.
Mr. Fitzpatrick, I am pleading with you to start a grand jury to investigate the truth about Mr. Obama's citizenship, his questionable activities in the US senate and his violations of the Logan Act. We need someone who takes the Law of our Land as sacred that that nobody is above that law. I am hoping that is you sir. Thank you for your time. I have been auditing the Balance Sheets posted on the Federal Reserve website, to figure out the root causes behind the run on Prime Money Market Funds that triggered the current financial crisis in Sep. 2008 and have uncovered that $82 billion of money borrowed from the Fed and laundered via the Depository Institutions (one of which is co-owned by George Soros), was later used to orchestrate the run on the Money Funds, that triggered the financial crisis. Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner is smack right in the middle of it, since as the President of the NY Fed, he introduced the Term Auction Facility financial instrument that the Fed used to launder this money. Considering the involvement of Tim Geithner, who is the Treasury Secretary, in the Obama administration and that of George Soros, who is a huge Obama supporter, in facilitating the money laundering and the subsequent orchestration of the run on Money Funds, using the laundered money, Obama should be considered a suspect who colluded in this operation and the September crisis itself might have been orchestrated to turn the tide of public opinon in favor of Obama, just before the Presidential election. The agency has stepped up its recruiting efforts this year, Muller said, but was set back when the House of Representatives cut out a provision of the stimulus package that would have paid for 165 new FBI agents.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy said the Senate is expected to take up legislation in April that would give $245 million a year to the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to fight financial fraud.
Mueller said the FBI was working with a number of U.S. attorneys and the Justice Department for what he called fast-track prosecutions in a number of areas. "We're prioritizing our cases to hit the most egregious early and put those persons away," he said."

Those on the financial Services Committee are part of the problem. I would bet they are all bought and paid for. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley law will never be repealed, the bankers will pay off whomever they have to in order to make sure of that.

"How can this court have any confidence whatsoever in US government to comply with its obligation and to be truthful to the court?" he added, citing "repeated failures" by government prosecutors in complying with the court's order to provide exculpatory evidence."
Are these Bush's leftover prosecutors or a new bunch of Obama's? Either way, isn't it past time for them to clean up their act?
