Why Pope Benedict XVI's Visit to America Should Motivate Every Federal Prosecutor to Call U.S. Atty. Patrick Fitzgerald. Until Fitzgerald Enforces State and Federal Mandated Child Abuse Reporting, Even the Children of Government Employees Aren't Safe—Particularly in Illinois

Religiously mandated adult sexual abstinence has no religious foundation under Biblical law and as enforced adult celibacy is emotionally destructive. Celibacy is expected to be part of the punishment when you go to jail after committing a crime. It should not be a an explanation for committing a crime because you happen to be a priest or nun.
The Roman Catholic Church's is among the last of the major religions to mandate adult sexual abstinence of its leaders. Catholic clergy adult celibacy, enforced sexual abstinence of religious leaders and a mandate against the marriage of clerical leaders has, in the past two millennium, caused more personal pain than war, pestilence, disease, racism, or greed combined. Clerical celibacy has no religious foundation under Biblical law.
The tax on sin, the penance from guilt, the fear of a painful hereafter without earthly redemption, was the church's major source of income--- easily dwarfing Sunday morning contributions, tithes, and death bequests.
Clerical celibacy has benefits for the Catholic Church, none of which is in the best interest of man.
1. It serves to keep resources within the church upon the death of its leaders. A cleric without children cannot distribute his wealth to later generations when he has no wife or children.
2. Clerical celibacy also serves to keep men in control of the church. Women have no power in religion when they are not wives.
3. Finally, adult sexual abstinence keeps the church in control of the lives of others, by suggesting a purity of purpose at the expense of creative thought and invention. When in recorded history has religion contributed to science, art, invention, or discovery, except to criticize those who have? What is sex anyway, but creativity and imagination in physical form?
Outside of Catholic priests, no other small group of motivated men have had such a destructive influence on the culture of America, in the history of America--- with the possible exception of the Klu Klux Klan.
Pope Benedict XVI has fomented discord, conflict, violence and religious and political upheaval in every nation of the world with a sizeable Catholic population. His mandate that priests be celibate and sexually abstinent as adults, has allowed their natural, human social and biological drives, given by God, mandated by nature, and necessary for the survival of the species, to make criminals of the religious faithful. But for Catholic doctrine, the only real crime of Catholic priests who were later accused, as child molesters would have been their choice of a church
If Catholic priests had chosen to be Baptist, or Lutheran or Jewish, most of those now accused of child sexual abuse would have buried their crimes in the thighs of a loving, supportive, understanding wife. They would have still faced the same challenges of fidelity and financial management of all Baptist ministers, but for the most part, the children would have been safe.
The religious, political, and constitutional violations in the State of Illinois are a great a violation to the soul of man as the Roman Catholic Church's failure to responsibly address the consequences of its flawed doctrine. The first is a violation of man by man; the second is a violation by man using God.

Immigrants seeking higher salaries in industrialized countries contribute larger amounts of tithes; accumulate wealth faster and bequest larger estates to the church upon death. Immigrants contribute the largest increase in Sunday contribution as they create larger Catholic populations in the new land and send back dollars and euros to those living in the land they left. Illegal immigrants are also the largest growing segment of child abuse. This Pope is the one man in the world who could eliminate a substantial amount of those violations by simply telling his faithful, "Violating immigration laws, is a sin." Patrick Fitzgerald is the one U.S. prosecutor who has the power to change the unlawful and flawed doctrine of a major religion.
Illinois is the only state in the union, perhaps the only place in the world, where the Governor, the Attorney General, the mayor of the state's largest city, that city's FBI Special Agent in Charge, the U.S. Attorney, the Speaker of the House and a sitting Illinois Supreme Court judge, all attended the same church. They were, or are, all members of, or have attended at one time or another since the admissions of Catholic clergy child sexual abuse, of Chicago's Holy Name Cathedral. They have often even sat together at marriages and funerals ---- presided over by the nation's leader of the worst admitted clan of child abusers in history, Cardinal Francis George.
U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has refused to enforce child protection laws within his jurisdiction because he would have had to prosecute his priest. The priest would retaliate by having the Pope exclude him from heaven. While that is not a consequence that might concern you or I, it is one that holds significant influence over Catholics like U.S. Attorney Fitzgerald. Every Catholic prosecutor and politician in America knows of the vengeance of past popes against political leaders can exact against those who ignore the leadership of their faith. They have all heard stories of past popes who sent emissaries halfway around the world to deny offending infidels the sacrament of Final Rites and burial in consecrated ground. The power of the Catholic Church is real for those who believe.
Fitzgerald's office ignored all child protection violations during prosecution of Social Security Appellate Court Judge Thomas Ploss, under U.S.A. v. Ploss, and Hurwitz, U.S.A. v. Thomas H. Ploss and Robert B. Hurwitz, 01CR 1411, the nation's worst government employed child abuser, undoubtedly in the history of the country. The AUSA in charge of Ploss' prosecution was told to withhold, and to agree to defense requests to exclude, all reports of Judge Ploss' child abuse and domestic battery from both the jury and the media.
Judge Ploss' prosecution, for the conversion of public Social Security documents for private use would normally have been reported as the most important government official abuse of privilege trial ever held. At minimum, his case addressed the potential for abuse of private and public documents that have the very real consequences, beyond personal invasion of privacy, which affect retirement potential and healthcare benefits.
Because Patrick Fitzgerald is a Catholic, and the President of the United States did not want a conflict with Catholics, at the same time he was starting a war with Moslems, Fitzgerald's non-action against Catholic child abusers and the media cloak that did not criticize him, was with the explicit approval of his government. Purposeful abuse and misuse of authority by government officials and the protection of all public records is as important to publicize as the prosecution of a governor or his chief fundraiser. It is but one more stain on the office of Alberto Gonzales during his service as U.S. Attorney General that escaped public scrutiny.
Fitzgerald's selective and curious failure to publicize the Ploss trial, suggests political motives beyond those of religion. By doing so, Fitzgerald allowed Oprah Winfrey to continue to subvert the licensure laws in Illinois with her creation of "Dr. Phil" as an unethical, poorly trained mental health provider as the nation's model of mental health opinion. If what my colleagues in Texas tell me is true, "Dr. Phil" is the nation's most prominent mental health professional to benefit from both his failure to comply with licensure law and abuse of his profession's ethical codes. He has found a way to use his disrespect of both his profession and the laws of his government as a marital aid with subsequent profit.
As fellow federal prosecutors, this is one time the most powerful U.S. prosecutor in the nation should not only follow the law, he should enforce it as well. It would serve all Americans if the U.S. Atty. for the Northern District of Illinois indicted Francis Cardinal George for following the knowing violations of Pope Benedict XVI at a time both could appear in court.

After all, some of the people in the FBI who got in there were moles. There they were clearly on the Turkish/Pakistani payroll.

Hastert resigned really fast and there is a Grand Jury investigating too.

For if you think about it, you may consider the FBI to be a bad or "corrupt" entity- But they are not, they're mostly good people. They are a strict entity which goes by the evidence only.

And it was not them who tried to squash the files, it was the State Department. Pay close attention to Crowley and Edmonds, as they are FBI and even after leaving know who in the State Department is responsible for the theft.

oh, if you want to stop those suicide bombings in Iraq, you put flouride, (a variant of an antidepressant) fluoxitine- in the main water treatment facilities, wells, etc. Small doses of chlorine- same amount as in our water, start testing the water for steroids and purify them out.
