They can tell you what is on a judge's calendar, but for case file information, they would normally refer you to the Clerk's office. <BR/><BR/>But no one is going to read you an entire pleading, unless it is extrememly short and they are not busy, over the phone. <BR/><BR/>The Clerk and the Court's staff are busy people, too, and they normally don't review pleadings in a file for you. Who knows, maybe she and Fitzgerald were embarrassed by the characterization.<BR/><BR/>Secondly, if the Ambrose case was either a civil or criminal matter, then there is a case file on it. Unless there is an order from the judge sealing it, what is in those files is public. So someone needs to go down to the courthouse to the Clerk of Court's Office and ask to see the file.
